My wife and I go about once a week, and the flavors and spice at Tikka Shack are amazing. 10 out of 10, and highly recommend. 😎 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is Bricked *2024-10-28, version 5.1.0* Food is good app is literally just a white screen. Replicate by making an account with phone number, denying location access, denying notifications and the screen just goes white and stays that way upon restarting the app. Pls fix ### 1/5 — Watch your total amount. Charges too much under “fees”. Non existent support *2024-07-30, version 4.4.0* I was charged incorrectly when I used my app to order. Contacted the support email addresses given on the order confirmation but never heard back. Just asked for explanation regarding the fees, as it is too high for just taxes. Not transparent if they actually charged fees for pickup. ### 1/5 — Advertising failure *2023-11-09, version 2.18.9* Promotion spammed my inbox; I decided to download the app to receive $5 off my first $20 mobile order. The app won’t apply the promo code but has no issue applying 20% tip automatically to a PICKUP order. Needless to say, don’t waste your time downloading the app for a promotion that doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Disappointing App Experience *2023-07-06* I was really put off by being forced by the app to provide at least a 10% tip… even if I hit custom tip, it would change anything less than 10%, back to 10%. I prefer to give my tips directly to those that are providing a service to me. Not to an app that, oh I’m sure… the money goes to the kid at the counter doing the work of putting the food in a bag and handing it to me. Foods great though, especially if you just order there in person… sorry to have to make the place look bad when it’s really just the app. Unless of course they are in that together… nah that couldn’t be… ### 2/5 — Coupon *2023-07-05, version 2.10.1* I have coupons from a local flavor.com, and they have no code on them for me to enter and there’s no way for me to choose cash when I place an order so that I can use my coupon and pay at the register ### 3/5 — Good app with lots of deficiencies *2025-06-11, version 6.4.0* The app looks nice, has all the items listed. But the experience is wonky. I cannot edit an item in the cart. Have to remove it and add it back again. Also the checkout screen keeps flickering to recalculate the total. Then you want to charge 1.5 to 2.50 more depending on the protein. I can see a up charge for the lamb and the seafood.
