## What is TikLife?

TikLife is a photo-recording app that lets you capture one photo and one set of data each day. After a period of time, it generates a time-lapse video from your photos and data, making the changes of things visible to the naked eye. It’s ideal for fitness and weight loss tracking, baby growth documentation, pet growth records, plant growth monitoring, food logging, daily outfit records, and more.


 1. Recording Themes
Create custom themes based on your needs. The app comes with 4 default themes: Fitness Tracking, Baby Records, Pet Records, and Plant Records. You can also edit or delete themes freely.

 2. Photo Recording
For each theme, capture one photo and log one set of data daily. For example, in Fitness Tracking, upload your post-workout photo and record your height and weight — the app will automatically calculate your BMI.

 3. Data Items
Default data items include BMI, Health Metrics, Weight, Height, Duration, etc. You can also customize data items to fit your specific requirements.

4. Data Synchronization
Members get automatic data synchronization, including custom data items. Log in and use the app across multiple devices at the same time.

5. Data Backup
Import or export your recorded photos and data anytime. No membership needed — never worry about data loss.
