I am a 20 year USAF veteran and felt that I haven’t done enough to help my fellow vets. I joined the American Legion a few years ago, and this was icing on the cake. The quality of the products from TVP is second to none. I think the first time I ordered from them, I ordered around seven or eight t-shirts. That TVP helps vets with keeping their mental health intact, that TVP donates donate to support that, and the plaques they give to fallen vet families no matter how or why the vet went to Valhalla sealed the deal for me. You will not be disappointed in anything that you purchase. Do it now! I love the mission and what the company stands for, but as they’ve grown the things that have made them successful are missing. I have seen the steady decline and hope they will figure out why it has gotten so bad. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-06-12, version 1.8* Disappointed in the purchase experience. In the web version of the online store it says to “Download our new app and get 15% off.” I downloaded the app and searched for the 15% off “coupon”. I could not find anything regarding that. I wanted the shirts so I bought them without the coupon. I love what the company does for the military community and what they stand for. I also appreciate the discount. Of course, the discount could have been 10%, 5% or even 1%. It doesn’t matter because the company missed the mark in expectation management. If you advertise a discount customers shouldn’t have to search all over Gods green earth for the link, code or whatever. So I am left disappointed with my purchasing experience. ### 2/5 — No history, order tracking is a mess *2025-08-16, version 3.1* I love this company, I love what they do. But order shipping and tracking is a train wreck with this app. I have placed three orders in the last month with the app. My order history only shows my one order from five months ago. In order to track an order you have to download a different app that then wants access to all of your emails. But not a yahoo account. So if that’s your email, the third party app can’t help you. And even then, the tracking is tragically inaccurate and useless. ### 3/5 — Retired Army, 21 years *2024-10-14, version 2.5* I've gotten some tees and a hoodie from TV. Like them and wear them often. For three years I've been asking them about long sleeve tees and get the same response every time "Our production team will look into that." I have a form of vitiligo, loss of skin pigment. It's really bad on my arms so I live in long sleeves. More practical: the products offered are good for hot weather (tees) and cold weather (hoodies). Nothing for the fall or early spring. I love their mission statement but won't be purchasing anything else. Their products to meet my needs. Get long sleeve tees and I'll buy five of them the first day. ### 4/5 — Order Tracking *2026-05-12, version 3.7* I love TVP. Its mission is amazing, the shirts that I order are always high quality and arrive quickly. However, I really do wish they’d put the tracking number on their own app rather than me having to use Shop.
