Since that initial purchase I have only bought TYC. My workout drawer is literally filled with TYC leggings, sports bras, and tops. The pricing, sizing, and quality is unbeatable. Everything looks good and more importantly feels good to workout in. There really is no competition. I also love that I am supporting a small, family brand. I’m so excited that they came out with an app that looks good and is easy to use. First, the app does not have customer reviews on the product detail pages and I think they are very important for customers to see. I personally don’t buy anything without reading reviews. Second, the app takes you out of the app and into a pop up to view size guides and then doesn’t bring you back to the app unless you X out of it, which is confusing to know whether you’re purchasing from the app or the mobile site. And third, I went looking for info on how to do returns or exchanges from your past orders in the app and couldn’t find anything. Life hack: the effortless leggings have a wonderfully soft, brushed fabric that is very close to Lululemon aligns (albeit with a slightly more compressive waistband). And now they have an app to feed my fitness clothes addiction 🤪 Just made my first purchase this morning using the app and I am SO impressed! My order is already being shipped and I got the alert on my app. Wow. I can also see my past orders, too. Flawless transaction and also got an email confirmation right away. I gave this app four stars because I’m not able to see reviews of the clothing like their website and the selection of the clothing seems smaller than the website also. For example, this morning I wanted to purchase camo joggers but it wasn’t listed in any of the collections but I was able to do a search for them. I also got repeated notifications which I am guessing is a bug. I know it’s a new app so i can understand it being a bit buggy while the kinks are worked out. I know they will continue to improve!
