You would think that by using a touch screen you can slide just as quickly as the real thing or faster. Unfortunately it takes a couple of swipes to move the tiles also you can’t move a whole row which slows down the process even more. I gave it a 3 out of nostalgia but really it gets annoying having to swipe a couple of times in order for the tiles to move. **Developer response:** You *can* slide more than one piece in a row or column in one move. Also, tapping a piece instead of sliding it makes for even quicker game play. ### 4/5 — Too limited *2026-06-05* You can’t even be allowed to increase the number of tiles without having to “upgrade” to payment. **Developer response:** You can play with 3x3 and 4x4 puzzles for free. If you enjoy the game and want to play 5x5, 6x6 and 7x7 puzzles then a very small one-time purchase unlocks them forever. Great way to kill time ### 4/5 — Good But Missing A Feature *2017-02-04, version 1.10* Works just like you'd expect, and I like how you can use a picture from your phone. The UI is a little drab to look at, but it works. The real thing that bothers me is that the only way to move pieces is by tapping and dragging the tiles far enough, then letting go. I'm used to slider puzzels being usable simply by clicking, or in this case tapping. This works because the pieces can only move in one direction at any time. Since the only goal is to improve your time, I'd like to be able to do so with quick and accurate taps instead of rubbing the screen. **Developer response:** Thanks for the suggestion. v1.11 adds the ability to tap a piece to move it into the space. As with swiping, multiple pieces can be moved at once. ### 4/5 — Very fun game *2015-11-26* Simple fun and has many options. I’m as fan of The Challenge and fancy difficult puzzles seen on the show. This app allows me to create difficult slide puzzles off of graphics I or a friend makes. When the piece is in the correct spot it is highlighted. Which definitely helps, but it would be fun to increase difficulty by disabling that feature so your not sure what’s right or wrong.
