Had this app for years, absolutely loved it as I found playing it was calming and relaxing. However, I have done the recent update and I’ve lost everything! All my collections, and, all of my coins that I have built up, some of which I paid for! I am very, very disappointed and really don’t feel like starting over again. 😕

Fun game. Would even be nicer if the game had a relax mode without the timer. I find the timer slightly annoying when I’d prefer to work on a puzzle at my own pace, especially when I’m trying to destress.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback - in the game's settings menu you can hide the clock if you prefer not to see this (this won't impact your rewards as these are not affected by the time taken to complete a puzzle). We hope this helps!

This is a really fantastic game which has been well thought out and created beautifully. It is the best puzzle game I have ever played in my 66 years. I am a retired school teacher with MS and am now bedridden. What a pure delight it was to tumble on to this game. It is simply amazing. I look forward to years of happy times playing this game. Bravo! And humbly thank you. Now I need to go and tell my friends. 🌸

I love this app. It is addicting. However there is no access to saved work. The cross stitch app by the same people have awesome options, such save to photos. Also I do not understand being given the option to change background color to what’s seems like a rainbow of choices, only to be able to choose between dark somber colors. Also the size is great on my iPad, but on my iPhone Max it’s too small to see what I’m doing. And there’s no ability to pinch in and out. This app is screaming for improvement.

Es wäre schön, wenn man seine Erfolge auch in der Galerie des Gerätes speichern könnte. Auch die, die schon vor längerem gemacht wurden. Da das leider immer noch nicht geht, und die Bilder meistens an den unmöglichsten Ecken geschnitten werden, nur 2 Sterne. Bitte umgehend beheben. Ansonsten werde ich das Spiel leider löschen müssen.

I love the pictures and I love the various shapes the puzzles come in.
I like being able to change the amount of pieces too. But the puzzles are too expensive. I completed the puzzles that were there and I even bought a pack through the coins I got but now have to wait until I get more coins before I can buy another pack.
Just wish you had a sale or something but it was fun while it lasted
