I’ve worked on two 5x5 puzzles that end up being unsolvable.

Great classic game. One suggested improvement would allow to move as many tiles from the free space by tapping the farthest tile over wanting to be moved. Ie, 12X34987, tapping on 4 would move 34 next to 12. Best regards.
