The prices arnt showing right and nothing on the app is working.

Can’t log in, I’ve requested help but no response, the app crashed while I was setting up an account, now I’m in limbo, technically I have an account because my email is registered but because the account has not been verified I can’t log in????

Since moving to this app managing my son’s account has become a tiresome task.
Even something as simple as setting notifications doesn’t work.
The functionality is extremely limited and what is there fairly useless.
I use a lot of apps and manage all my admin via tech but this is as useless as it gets. 
The developers here are definitely sleeping on the job and have added a lot of friction to my school experience.
Schools stay away at this point in time !!!!

This app needs so much more. It needs a LOT more feedback from parents using it. It needs a quick easy suggestion process within the app to improve.  Ask for, get and use input from users. 
It has been in existence for long enough that some glaring failings should have been fixed already. 

Explainer icons. Onhover/click show text to explain. 
Many parts are not self explanatory. 

Stats.  On monthly spend page, show monthly total spend, not just individual purchases. 

Stats page. 
Each months spend. 
Spend since top up. 
Spend this term. 
Spend this academic year.
