Doing it online isn’t an option and it kinda sucks, since they have a very slow customer number (that will hang up on you if nobody is available too) Otherwise the app is great, very simple to understand and lightweight ### 3/5 — Till is Great, but there is some flaws *2026-07-03, version 1.98.0* I personally believe that Till is great for children and saving. However there are a few things I dislike. 1. If you are offline for a week or two if signed you out. I dislike this because it’s generally like really annoying. 2. The format isn’t really that good. I got kind of confused so that wasn’t really great for me. 3. Setting up an account was pretty challenging for me and my family. However as you can tell we were able to set up the account, but it wasn’t the easiest. From start to finish, the customer service experience was outstanding. Justin, the customer service representative, was absolutely amazing — patient, kind, professional, and truly helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. As a parent, it gives me such peace of mind knowing my daughter has access to her money in a safe and organized way. The app is easy to navigate, user-friendly, and has made managing finances so much easier for both of us. I truly appreciate the support and excellent service. I started using it when my kid had a trip scheduled for a trip to Europe because it’s super easy for them to get money deposited without having fees for convention and also for family members to be be able to donate into kid’s accounts if they so wish to do so (you know grandparents love spoiling!) but you can also track spending and all the good parental things you gotta do. You can also track allowances and lock savings. I love that you can set chore savings and rewards deposits for doing them as well! I need to use a debit card to speed funding along, but it doesn’t let me. Yep, I messed up as a parent and didn’t download this app 5 DAYS AHEAD of my kid’s EF Tour trip. The EF Explore America trip my kid is on will put her $20 lunch today on a card… Oh wait, no… CARD DOES NOT EXIST TIL FUNDED. My parent debit option errors as unavailable, because I used the 3-5day bank transfer option first. Now my kid will not be given the lunch money she’s due….til her tours are basically over in 5 days…and Till customer service isn’t available to care. ### 1/5 — The worst banking app *2026-06-05, version 1.95.1* This app was supposed to help my child with financial literacy as well as access her money in a foreign country. The card never worked! The money would not transfer. They took the money for the premier account and would not refund it at all. Never use this! They had very low trust pilot score, so I decided it wasn’t worth the risk. They will not allow me to close the account through the app. Just keeps saying there was an error. I feel foolish for having provided personal info to this app based on the promotion of their product by EF tours.
