They are charging my account for 3 months $50 monthly. I have emailed them and no where to get them to stop. They are charging my card but no report on my credit report. They reply with a lot of run a round but don’t reimburse or stop charging me. I finally had to report it to my bank for them to block them. DONT waste your time with them. ### 1/5 — Possible scam *2023-08-02* I signed up for this to build business credit and paid to open a “builder” account, can’t access it.. keeps asking me to open one.. and apparently no one can answer emails. I paid money for a product that isn’t delivering what it promised. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2023-04-30* I keep getting a wrong password error every time I try to login. Although it’s the right password. I sent numerous requests to reset it and never received the email. I’ve also sent many email for assistance sometime they respond, sometimes not. And they take forever to respond. But they never resolve any issues. I signed up for Tillful about a year ago. I haven’t been able to get my Business credit score after countless attempts. And they haven’t sent any reports to the credit reporting agencies. Just a waste of time. This company is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I’m beyond frustrated with the whole situation. ### 1/5 — Tillful IOS App doesn’t work = it FREEZES *2023-03-14* I just downloaded the Tillful IOS App & it doesn’t work = it FREEZES up and I can’t do anything but remove it upon “logging in” to it. **Developer response:** Hey there! Thanks for letting us know. We released a fix to this. If it still isn't working, please reinstall the app. If you're still experiencing issues, please email us at support@tillful.com. ### 1/5 — These people don’t even answer the phone *2023-03-09* I literally been calling and emailing for weeks and have not been able to contact any one.. this is sad, I not able to make payment to my card using the app. So I email and call to see if I could get help, so that my credit does not get damage but no luck at all. Literally I call and they say no one to answer your car no matter when I call. It’s crazy I am done, how are you handle on people money for not answer the phone **Developer response:** Hey there! Please call the number on the back of your card and mention this review. ### 1/5 — Login issue *2023-03-04* I was never able to login using the app. Even if you try to reset password never get email to reset. If you contact us through support and mention this review we can escalate this case. ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-02-22, version 5.1.1* Buggy payment system. Undependable billing and payments. Several over charges. And poor to zero customer service. ### 1/5 — Fast to take the money, Slow everything ELSE! *2023-02-16, version 5.1.1* I opened my account in November 2022. This has been the most frustrating experience. #1 - Tillful says “You will receive your card within five days of opening the account with a deposit” LIE! It took several emails, one call and over a month to FINALLY receive a card! #2 - Within the so called Tillful app, I applied for Experian Business credit score, one part says it was completed, and the big old circle in the middle of the app still says: “Application in Process…” that’s been since November of 2022! #3 - Extremely slow response from support by email! Extremely! #4 - I paid an additional deposit to increase the credit limit and although they took the funds the next day, it took them two weeks to apply it to my card! #5 - This is the straw that broke the camel’s back and has lost me as a customer… I pay my bills on time, I paid my bill to under 20%, they take the money right away, but on the app that you have to login in AFTER you open the Tillful app, two payments still says “processing”, yet, they processed the next bill which now says I owe a balance that I’ve already paid, that they’ve already taken and now it looks like I have a high utilization which affects my score/business or paydex. I’M DONE! Tillfull has had every chance to prove to me they are an upstanding business in the credit card industry and I can no longer tolerate slow motion service! I’m closing my account! I paid my bill on time but because Tillful takes several days/weeks to process a payment, it caused my account to look like I'm over the 30% usage because my payment isn't applied to my account yet! **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for providing this feedback, and please know that it has been shared with our internal teams for further review as to why we weren’t able to provide you with the best possible experience we strive for with our Tillful Card holders. It appears the amount of time to receive your card was due to discrepancies our team encountered with requests for the name on your Tillful Card that were not allowed by our partner bank, leading to delivery of your physical card to exceed the standard 5-7 days after deposit has been made. **Please note: Tillful ships physical cards for free via USPS standard shipping, meaning sometimes it could take longer to receive your physical card. However, we are currently looking into ways in which we can possibly reduce the total time to receive a physical Tillful Card after deposits have been made, which are still affordable and faster than the current delivery time to better serve our cardholders and their overall experience. For the Experian score, we’re escalating this as this is not a normal timeframe. Our ACH transfer times are usually 3-5 business days. Please note that transactions are sometimes held by our partner bank. We are unfortunately not able to disclose why, but it seems you may have been affected by it. Finally, our iOS app does not currently have both the card and the score in it. We are working on a solution!
