Emails don’t work and neither does calling their 888-######## listed on the statement inside the app. I deeply regret using the autosave feature because I have over $100 that I cannot get put back in to my checking. Honestly I am prepared to report to regulatory authorities. The phone number does allow you to speak to a live agent no matter how many times I call it. I took the loan and paid the 25 plus the fee of 2 dollars back. They waited until my trial was over to charge me the 8 dollar subscription fee and then lower my limit to 10 dollars. So they lured me in with already ridiculously low limit that barely made it worth a subscription with the promise of a higher limit upon repayment, then took my 8 and lowered me to a limit that defeats the purpose of even using this app. For anyone reading this here’s a list of apps that don’t scam you: EarnIn Dave Brigit Grant Ava I recommend any of these over Tilt. This app is an absolute scam designed to use its customers for a quick 10 dollars (8 for subscription, 2 for repayment fee). Then they will purposely lower your limit as soon as the free trial is up, and support isn’t worth a damn. They will play dumb and say it’s the algorithm and there’s factors that alter the loan amount. If that was the case then my loan amount would’ve went up. They use bank statements to decide and my account is in far better condition this month then last month. Balance is higher and direct deposit was more. They also tell you your limit will increase each time you repay the loan. None of it is true.
