Unlock doesn’t work, if you try multiple times bike goes into maintenance mode. ### 5/5 — Really good initiative *2025-12-05* No hassle, non shallow, start up. Keep up guys 💙 ### 1/5 — Frustrating Experience – Ride Still Active Due to App Issue *2025-04-09* I faced an issue while trying to lock the bike again, and the ride is still showing as active in the app. I reported the problem immediately, but it’s been over 24 hours with no resolution. There’s no direct customer care — only an email address, and they’ve been completely unresponsive so far. For a service like Tilt, which depends on reliability and quick support, this is incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their support system. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-02-09* Worst service. If system asks for money there will not be any error. If you are trying to unlock bike then most of the time there will be issue. Out of 5days I was able to unlock bike only 2 days. Even though system is showing green but still it’s not allowing to use/unlock. Out of 5 bikes 4 are be already in error (most of the time). If any one is good condition then it cannot be unlocked then what is the meaning of this service. They are just using society space and making money and giving very very very pooooor service. Just money making app and very poor service. Nobody is available to help if it’s not getting unlocked etc… no helpline/ mobile number mentioned on app. Specially at 10th Avenue, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida. Guyz, don’t purchase subscription for this. You will feel bad later!!! ### 5/5 — The best cycle riding app *2024-11-20* Tilt launched a facility within my gated community. it was smooth. There were no hiccups. The quality of Cycle was great plus, they have affordable options. Goes great with plans for casual cardio burns in late evenings to de-stress after a heavy day of work 😊 ### 2/5 — Naive *2024-11-11* They should have monthly pass as well. From 2 weeks directly to 3 months looks more like money making gimmick than a consumer friendly act. The only reason i am giving 3 stars are because the app is extremely buggy.
