## What is Tilt?

Most time trackers count the hours you work. Tilt weighs them against the hours you live.

Pick the work-life balance you want, like 60/40. Tap Work when you start, Life when you step away. A balance beam tilts as your day fills up, and when it leans too far, Tilt nudges you back. No account, no ads, no tracking.

HOW IT WORKS
- One tap starts a timer. Tap the other side to switch.
- The beam tilts against your own target, never a fixed 50/50.
- Tag sessions with one tap, trim a timer you forgot to stop, or log a past session in seconds.
- Pebble, your little companion on the beam, looks content when you're level and strains when the day tips too far.

APP LIMITS THAT FOLLOW YOUR BALANCE
Give each side a few apps through Screen Time, like Slack for Work or games for Life.
- Time in those apps logs itself automatically, even while Tilt is closed.
- When a side gets too heavy, its apps pause until you level out or until midnight.
- The pause screen tells you exactly what reopens them: "Slack reopens after about 46m of Life."
- Phone calls always come through.

GENTLE NUDGES, NEVER GUILT
Choose Chill, Normal, Persistent, or set your own limits. Quiet hours keep nights silent. Act on a nudge right from the notification.

INSIGHTS THAT SHOW THE PATTERN
- Week: daily bars against your target, days in range, and where your hours went.
- Month: a calendar showing which days leaned too far, with week-by-week summaries.

BALANCE MORE THAN WORK
Create a scale for anything with two sides: Work and Life, School and Game, Practice and Rest. Each keeps its own target, sessions and categories.

ALWAYS WITHIN REACH
- Live Activity and Dynamic Island show the running timer and today's balance.
- A Home Screen widget shows your split at a glance.
- "Hey Siri, start Work in Tilt" or "Hey Siri, stop Tilt." Also in the Shortcuts app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. No Tilt servers. Your data stays on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud. Screen Time keeps your chosen apps private, even from Tilt.

Want to look around first? Load a month of sample sessions during setup and remove them anytime.

Tilt. Keep your day on the level.
