## What is TiltBuddy Ease?

Research has shown that wheelchair-bound patients benefit from reclining their chairs once every 30 minutes. This app, produced for a nursing student to work with her patients, will remind these patients via a notification to recline for 3 minutes every 30 minutes during the day.

After launching the app for the first time and allowing notifications, I highly recommend that you go into the Notification Settings and change them to display as "Alert" messages instead of "Banner". Banners disappear and it's possible the user will miss a reminder. Alerts remain on screen until they are dismissed, increasing the likelihood of changing the chair position in a timely fashion.
