Not sure if the app is still being maintained. The interface is quite old looking. Anyway the tilt shift effect does not work. Yes, other features work like changing the time speed and color, but blur, the feature you want, does not work. Tried it with 3 separate video files and nothing.

I downloaded this because an online search said it was “the top app” to make a video compilation of photos. I needed this for a funeral and this was impossible.

Установил данное приложение на X Max, но сохраняет видео без каких либо изменений! Так что на сегодняшний день, могу сказать только одно, приложение не работает, деньги потратил в пустую. Но идея очень крутая, надеюсь разработчики прочитают мой отзыв и исправят эту ошибку или вернут деньги.

簡単に分かりやすくチルトシフト効果が、静止画、動画に得られるので楽しい。
ただ動画に関して、最初は他レビューにあるように、まるで効果が得られなかったが、元動画ファイルの置き場所を変える事によって効果を掛けられるようになった。実際の仕様は分からないが、本体カメラにて素で撮ったファイルと同じフォルダなら、掛けられるような感じなのかな？(本体カメラのタイムラプス撮影したものはダメだった)
※iPhone7plus使用

静止画も動画も良いボケ具合に調整できるのでGood。

残念なのは動画の方で、動画を選択するため一覧表示させて少しスクロールしていくとアプリが強制終了してしまうので★３つ。
強制終了する前に選択した動画は、ちゃんとボカシ処理できるので残念です。

After all these years I am still loving this app. I need to do some tilt shift video and I was looking for apps and I came across this one in the App Store but it showed I already download it. But it wasn’t on my phone so I re-download it. And it works beautifully at all these years. It’s simple to use and it gives great results thank you developers. Long time user.
