Why doesn’t Tim Hortons allow this? For example, have options for light or no ice, light whipped cream, and half decaf coffee. For food, please allow customers to choose if they want any sauce in things like the loaded bowls, wraps and sandwiches. If an item is non vegetarian by default, allow customers to modify it so it’s vegetarian or vegan. My chief complaint is that Tim Hortons makes changes to the app far too often and not for the better. This causes me to sign in while I am trying to pay at the drive thru causing me anxiety and the drivers behind me frustration. Not only is there not standard sugar free items on the menu, if you change the regular syrup to 0 and add 1 sugar free syrup, you are charged an extra $0.60 even though you are not actually adding an extra pump. Also, can’t add a credit card to the app either is won’t accept Visa or debit from major bank, never verifies. Not that I wanted Tim’s to have my credit card info anyway. Having to sign in while in the drive tru forces the driver to do this and miss getting scanned. I see it as a deliberate attempt to be cheap about it. They got the order ready only because I asked them to get it ready Not looking for anything just the service that I pay for !!!!
