## What is TimberCut?

TimberCut Pro is a professional 2D cut list optimizer and sheet layout planner engineered for woodworkers, cabinet makers, carpenters, and DIY makers.

Say goodbye to costly sheet waste and tedious manual math! TimberCut Pro utilizes advanced guillotine nesting algorithms to generate clean, edge-to-edge cut patterns compatible with table saws, track saws, and panel beam saws.

KEY CAPABILITIES:
• High-Yield Guillotine Packing: Computes optimal cutting layouts in milliseconds, driving sheet utilization up to 90%-95%+.
• Grain Direction Control: Enforce strict lengthwise, crosswise, or grain-free orientation to keep veneer and grain patterns consistent.
• 4-Edge Banding Tags: Specify edge banding for top, bottom, left, and right edges with clear color-coded indicators on diagrams and BOM lists.
• Blade Kerf & Trim Margins: Dial in exact saw kerf width and perimeter sheet trimming for razor-sharp dimensional accuracy.
• Global Stock Sheet Presets: Includes standard 4x8 ft (1220x2440mm), Euro standard (2800x2070mm), Japan Subroku (1820x910mm), and Latin America formats.
• Quick Project Presets: Jumpstart jobs with built-in templates for 2-door base cabinets, bookshelf towers, and drawer boxes.
• Workshop PDF Blueprint Export: Generate vector-grade, print-ready PDF reports with project summaries, cut lists (BOM), sheet layouts, and reusable offcut dimensions.
• 100% Offline & Private: Computations run entirely on-device without cloud dependencies. Perfect for job sites and off-grid woodshops.
