## What is Timbre?

Brand voice dies by a thousand small drafts. Timbre keeps it alive: define your tone attributes, preferred and banned vocabulary, and claim rules once — then check any draft against them in seconds.

WHAT IT MEASURES
A deterministic analyzer scores each draft across four weighted dimensions: lexicon alignment, claim integrity, readability, and tone match. Every issue is flagged in place — banned terms, unsubstantiated claims, hedging, passive voice, overlong sentences — with exact positions.

FIX IT FAST
Read the flagged draft with highlights, or let a connected AI model rewrite it to match your voice — the rewrite is re-checked before you see it. Works with on-device Apple Intelligence, local Ollama / LM Studio, or your own cloud API key. The analyzer itself needs no model at all.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts, no analytics. Your voice profile stays on your Mac; keys stay in the Keychain.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
