However, what happened to decimal hours?? Sure was nice when the 24 hour time difference calculated in decimal time which is used a lot in various operations. Please add decimal times back in. ### 5/5 — This is the only time calculator for me *2021-10-22* I tried may others in the past and this is the most straight forward, and simple app I’ve used for this function. The time and date calculator helped me out of many binds as I somehow confuse myself calculating clock differences down to the minute for charging my customers on the fly. ### 5/5 — Airline pilot *2021-02-20* I use this app to cross check my flight plan flight time calculations. It has the perfect format for that. I have been using this app for several years (since 2012, I think). I'm in the running industry and I need to calculate an athlete's pace and finish time as well when they are going to be at various landmarks on a marathon course. This makes it so easy for me. Maybe in future updates the developers could set a default screen that it goes to upon opening the app. I still didn't get the default screen I wanted, with this update, however, you can choose to show and hide which screens you choose, huge improvement, thank you. ### 5/5 — It’s one of those apps... *2015-01-21* That fills a niche gap, exactly what an app should do. I needed to convert minutes to a percentage i.e. 3:12 = 3.20 for time billing, this has sped up my day enormously. This is the first time I have even tried one for my iPad. Lucky for me I made a great first choice. This app is fantastic! Absolutely love it! I would understand if the app was free from the beginning. ### 1/5 — Go back! *2025-08-23, version 20.0* Why did you change????? The new version is horrible, the old version was exactly perfect for me, the new version doesn’t work ANYTHING like the old one. I’m removing as soon as I find one that works. ### 1/5 — Almost completely broken since last ‘update’ *2021-06-28* I used to use this almost daily, but the last update has completely broken nearly everything. I have it on 2 iPads, both running iPadOS 14.6, and the problems are the same on both. 1. Let’s start with the main calculator; if you use right-handed mode, then the calculation list is hidden under the selection menu, and if you use left-handed (as I do) then it hides the keypad, you have to move the keypad out of the way by tapping the screen (before, there was an option in settings to have it down the left side of the screen permanently (what I prefer)) 2. The ‘number of days between dates’ calculator doesn’t work at all; tapping the ‘today’ button no longer enters today’s date and if you enter it manually, then the calculate button does nothing. 3. There is no reason for the calculator selection menu to cover anything, as there’s a massive amount of space between the keypad and the calculation list, it needs to be brought in, away from the edge of the screen. 4. Get rid of the pointless and annoying back arrow at the top left of the screen, and bring back the option to have the selection menu permanently affixed to the left side of the screen. Oh well, at least the days/hours/mins/secs calculator now calculates correctly, pity that’s been at the expense of everything else. ### 1/5 — 0 stars if I could *2020-01-31, version 15.6* Wasted my money on this. Wish there was a way to get a refund. Knew it was useless within 30seconds. What they don’t tell you is to add time you actually have to press the h m s before you add any numbers In and then it defaults back to hours. You can’t even bypass the hours by entering a 0. It’s clunky, and definitely not worth the $2.99. ### 1/5 — Bummed *2017-10-06, version 15.4* Spent $ just to find out I can’t do multiple times. So I clock in and out like 5 times a day and I need it to add up to 8 hours so I use to use a time calculator but it doesn’t work anymore because of the apple upgrade.
