Couldn’t open it no matter how much troubleshooting I went through, and support was no where to be found. Ended up finding a program to rip data from my phone and was up until 5am recreating all my expenses from 2017 so I could bring it to my accountant. When support finally got back to me (a few days later) they said it was fixed, but it still won’t open.
