This app, is the source of Satan himself. Missing a soul and actively trying to ruin your day; Wagepoint needs to get an exorcism for this husk of an app

This advertises you can get the app for your apple phone. The very first main page that asks for email or phone number doesn’t have anywhere to enter the info. This doesn’t work for IOS. I will be encouraging the workplace not to move forward with this

Until they fix all the bugs and add some important features the app is not worth just being able to import hours directly into wagepoint.

98% of the time I can not sign into the app. Opt in to receive text box in the way to enter email to sign in. Only solution is to delete app and redownload endlessly. This should be fixed. I have tried updating everything but still no better. If this is the best you can do, it is terrible.

What a terrible and unprofessional app. After trying it for 5 minutes, I am not convinced to ask my employees to move to this platform.

The app crashed multiple times when submitting an “unavailable time” request to the calendar; it wouldn’t let you select the whole day; you have to essentially add manually 1 by 1, all the unavailable days. Lots of inconsistencies on the UI, loading times are beyond acceptable times, the loading spinner would get stuck on the UI blocking you from performing any actions. The list goes on.

Half baked product unfortunately. Hard pass.
