Prima eri costretto a guardare la pubblicità ma almeno il calcolo dopo te lo faceva, ora invece è diventata inutilizzabile. Ho acquistato per intero l’applicazione nel 2018 perché l’ho reputata utile ed efficace, oggi, dopo l’aggiornamento, non è più possibile ripristinare il vecchio acquisto. In prima istanza ho contattato per e-mail gli sviluppatori per segnalare il problema, ma gli stessi mi hanno invitato ad affrontare la difficoltà con Apple. Sentito lo specialista in mediaservice Apple, il quale nulla può su applicazioni di terze parti, ho saputo dallo stesso che è compito dello sviluppatore riuscire a risolvere casi di questo tipo, come nulla può Apple perché fornisce solo lo strumento per l’acquisto di applicazioni. Avendo pagato col mio denaro la società per ottenere un bene, prescindendo dalla somma versata, credo sia un sacrosanto diritto ottenere supporto ed ho, quindi, ricontattato gli sviluppatori reclamando il disservizio a mio carico. È inutile dire che questi siano spariti nel nulla, altrimenti non avrei scritto questa recensione. Ad oggi mi ritrovo con un’applicazione pagata ma non in mio possesso, a differenza del mio denaro di cui questi signori sono entrati in possesso senza rendermi fruibile il prodotto. Servizio sgradevole e serietà imprenditoriale che, oltre a lasciare l’amaro in bocca, rende l’idea del livello culturale di certi soggetti. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto per evitare di incappare nel mio stesso problema.
