I tried several time calculators, but this one really is the nicest. I love the way you can specify the units by adding ‘d’, ‘h’, ‘m’, and ’s’ to the number; other calculators assume you want to enter hours, minutes, and seconds, and you need to type the entire set of digits in regardless. This one allows me to enter ‘10h35m + 127m =‘ and I get the correct answer. Very nice. I would love to be able to specify a default unit, so that, for example, if I leave off the unit, the app will assume the default (say, if I just enter ‘102’ it will assume minutes — or hours or seconds, or whatever I specify the default to be). I also note that I’m unable to change any of the settings in the Settings dialog. I will be sending this info and other suggestions to the developer. But, overall, the app does the job better than any of the others I tried. ### 1/5 — Very confusing. *2026-05-09, version 1.9* Not intuitive. I wanted a quick way to calculate when my renders would be finished - I know what time I started the render, and how many frames my machines have rendered so far. Easy enough to work out on a bit of paper, but this app makes it faster. Thanks Yoshihiro! Feature requests for if you're bored (!): - When you first open the app it automatically inserts the time now, which is ace. it'd be nice to have a "time now" button (and keyboard shortcut) to stick the current time in too - I don't need to use decimals, so a way to switch the numpad "." character to insert a "unit break" would be cool - so you could type 13.02.09 rather than 13h02m09 - And if you want to make a pro version, it'd be great to be able to handle h/m/s/frames, so we could use this for timecodes too. Bit more complicated tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Cheers :) ### 2/5 — Nice idea, but poor execution *2023-12-07, version 1.8* While it does calculate time, there appears to be zero keyboard support and no way to turn off the calculation results turning to Days instead of remaining as the Hours/Minutes I need. Addtionally, the lack of a Help/User guide just seems like a poor oversight. Maybe in future iterations these opportunities can be addressed. The unit days, hours, minutes, and seconds are each represented by one letter. It corresponds to the button on the calculator. "d" : days "h" : hours "m" : minutes "s" : seconds The following four arithmetic operations can be used to calculate the time. Remember to enter the unit. 1. Addition　ex) 1h 25m + 2h 10m = 3h 35m 2. Subtraction　ex) 1h 25m-2h 10m = -45m 3. Multiplication　ex) 1h 25m × 3 = 4h 15m (The multiplicand has no unit) 4. Division 1　ex) 1h 25m ÷ 3 = 28m 20s 5. When you start the app, the current local time is set on the second row of the display. (Format is "24h59m59s") Tap the display of this app to copy the contents. The function of the CLEAR button depends on the number of times it is pressed continuously. The first time is cleared second row of display, the second time is cleared first row of display.
