Let’s say if you’re doing a payroll this week we need information for the two weeks prior to finish the payroll. Apparently the software only produces total number of hours of employees for the existing week and the previous week and that is not enough to do the payroll. I hope you all will modify and redo the three weeks period of showing the total number of hours each employee worked including the current week. Otherwise the app is good except the above and I hope the management will correct it to enable others to use this software ### 4/5 — It works. It’s very simple. But it is missing a few important things. *2021-05-15, version 1.19* This is what we decided to use for cleaning out my mom’s house. Some of us are able to do more of the physical work, so we decided it would be more fair to pay those who work out of the estate. For this reason, we needed an inexpensive tool that all of us could use, including the kids who are old enough to have phones and want to help, but too young to be able to set up accounts with some of the more “official” sites and apps. PROS: This works great for everyone, and is super easy to clock in and clock out. The worker can see all of the shifts that they have worked. The “manager” can see everyone’s shifts, and if someone forgot to clock in or out, they can adjust the time. There is also a place that the manager can see each employee’s total hours for the current week and the previous week. CONS/Things to add or improve: 1) You can enter how much each employee gets per hour, and it will calculate how much you owe, but it doesn’t calculate it correctly. If someone worked 1.5 hours, it only calculates 1 hour. - We just don’t use this feature. 2) You can only set one person as the manager. It would be nice if everyone could see who is working and when. It would also be nice for everyone to see everyone else’s total hours. 3) There is no way to track edited punch in or out times, and who edited them. That is definitely a feature that needs to be added to keep everything transparent. (Obviously, only the manager can edit the times, and only 1 manager is currently allowed, so we know who edited it, but it would be nice to see the edit, what the edit was, and if they change the app to allow multiple managers, then who edited it would be important.) 4) There is no way to easily calculate each employee’s total hours farther back than the previous week. You literally have to go back and calculate each shift by hand for each employee. My advice-just stay on top of it. 5) There is no quick way to see how many hours each person worked in a single day. If there are multiple punches for each person, you just have to calculate by hand. (It does show total hours worked by all employees over the course of the day though.) 6) There is no way to export hours onto a spreadsheet. We are resorting to putting screen shots into a spreadsheet for the lawyer. It would be much better if we could export. All in all though, this a good, easy and cheap option. I still like this option more the others that I tried.
