I have gone through the entire app 2 times and still have notifications. ### 2/5 — Where’d everyone go? *2024-07-01, version 12.0.8* We’ve been with Time Clock Wizard for about 5 years. Service has been typically quick- less than a 24 hour turn around on questions. I’m wondering if they’ve folded? In the last 2 1/2 weeks I’ve tried to chat- not active anymore- leave a message- I’ve left a few with no response, try to set up meeting via calendly- none in June- none for July. I called, no one answers- I’ve left numerous voicemails- no call backs. I’ve made over 10 attempts and haven’t heard a peep. What happened?! It worked for a really long time but now it hasn’t worked in months. I restarted my phone but same thing. The only thing I haven’t done is delete the app and reinstall, which I feel makes this app a pain if I have to do that. Been using the website now for the past few months instead. ### 1/5 — Needs bug fixes *2023-02-27, version 11.0.1* Every time the app is opened it loses communication with the server and nothing can be done about it. You have to manually find how to reset the app in your phone every single time and renter all of your work info to take a break or punch the clock. It’s incredibly annoying and needs fixing. Each time, the number of notifications increases. This review doesn’t allow me to leave a screenshot but I would gladly show you what the app icon looks several times a times everyday. Fix the notifications. If I go into the app and review the notifications, they should clear and I should get new number when new notifications have not been viewed. I’m always having problems with it. It freezes all the time and you can’t tap anything. It doesn’t always store the information I put in. Most of the time I can’t even use the clock/in out function. With that being said, after the update I can no longer add a time record because it glitches out and doesn’t let me type in a time or the menu doesn’t pop up. Well, it pops up but there’s no numbers or anything, so I just have to press done/cancel and ask an admin to enter my time, which is really annoying. If you use the expensive paid version of this app to utilize screenshot tracking of your employees, be prepared for the ball basher.. They simply have to close the desktop app to render screenshot monitoring USELESS.🥱 It only works if you minimize the desktop app. 🙄If they have more than 1 monitor, screenshot monitoring is again useless. Only works on main monitor 🤨 Is this very useful information readily available to Easily find out before hand... ummmm, no. Are there any settings to combat these children maneuvers? ummm, no. I get it, have the right employees, you don’t have to worry about monitoring- that’s a non-business owner comment. Don’t advertise the better half of a feature, be forthcoming and upfront by also disclosing the numerous ways that feature can become useless. Also packages are limited. Why not allow building your own package based on feature you want, need and will use. Then when you contact tech support, the will spend weeks sending you messages saying they are trying to resolve it, but the never do. I contacted the developer and they were very quick to respond and created an update to enable me to update the install. It worked great!
