Founded by Sandy Stevens, Doctor of Clinical Nutrition, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Menopause Specialist, and Licensed Massage Therapist, Time For Yourself provides expert guidance to support your health at every stage of life.

With this app, you can easily view schedules, reserve your spot in small group fitness classes, purchase memberships and class packages, and stay connected to your wellness journey.

Our small group training classes combine the energy of a group setting with the attention of a personal trainer. Every workout is designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall fitness while ensuring safe, effective movement.

Time For Yourself also specializes in nutrition coaching, gut health, healthy aging, and menopause support, helping clients build sustainable habits that improve energy, confidence, and long-term wellness.
