If i were to compare this app to the other prividers in the market, i.e. Maxis, TM, CelcomDigi then Time App certainly takes the win since they actually have the wifi manager and parental control. Certainly dont understand the need to change the auth method, like why need to follow how maxis does?

It is extremely slow and inconsistent. Account statements don’t update properly. Loading is around infinite. You have your customers just because they don’t have many choices. As it will be changed and customers start to leave I hope you will understand. Just hire a good engineers for competitive salary and don’t patch up holes

every time this app updates, you have to log in again with the OTP process which is difficult to receive, the helpline keeps resending the new OTP via email. but it's still like that. last time I tried to do it myself, using another email, then I could. but when I wanted to be able to, I wanted to download the receipt of previous bill payments, the document was not available. what's the problem? try not to update apps frequently, it's annoying for users

I was promised the offer for RM99 for 6 months which is very misleading even after adding 6% tax the amount should not be over RM 120 per month. They told me there were no hidden charges yet i was charged extra. I have now given a deposit already so im stuck with them but please domt bother taking services from them. The internet is inconsistent and slow even after taking the RM 600 package

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and handling of my account termination request.

In February, I contacted your customer service team to terminate my TIME WiFi subscription because my relocated area does not have TIME coverage. During the call, your staff informed me that they would assist with the termination process. However, no one clearly explained that I was still required to log into the system and manually click the termination button myself.

As a result of this lack of proper guidance, my account was never officially terminated, and I only discovered this after receiving emails requesting payment for the outstanding balance. I immediately contacted your team again to explain the situation and requested for the charges to be waived, as:

* My contract had already ended in February;
* I have not used the service at all since February;
* The issue happened due to incomplete and misleading information provided by your staff.

Unfortunately, the communication and support provided have been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, I am still being asked to pay more than RM300 for a service I did not use.

Today, I received another billing reminder, and only after I questioned why the termination was still “in progress” did the system status finally get refreshed. This clearly shows there were internal handling and process issues on your side.

I find this entire experience unacceptable and highly disappointing. TIME’s service handling has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and frustration. 

I hope TIME will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution promptly.

Start to use this apps this month (May 2026), I never been able to check any other devices that connected to my wifi. It stated no connection to this device while my phone can connect to wifi accordingly. Please fix this faster

Loging in is a hustle, it don’t allow email cod detection, so you have to put in the 2 way security number manually - and then if you want to pay, same thing again when entering the credis car number. You have to put every 4 digits 4 times manually. Very bad design. I would fire the App Dev Department if this is the end solution.

So many UX issues. How to set your payment amount? The floating button, “chat with us” not functioning BECAUSE I  HAVE THIS ISSUE NEED TO REACH OUT?!! Why track your order is there? This is less important for me!! Back button and hamburger icon took header ui space, making it misclick when you have football field to put nicely there???

Are you having ui/ux designer or graphic designer?

My experience using this app is horrendous for simple stuffs. 

If you really are changing whole UI, make onboarding.

I cannot set guest wifi, set the parental control & check blacklist..All not functioning. I cannot access those feature. Why? Before updating i can access.
