使用了一段时间，创建的目标还有习惯都挺好用的，ai推荐的步骤挺不错的，有联合实际。就是每次创建或者点击查看都需要开 V p n。很麻烦就是了。
最重要的是不明白首页的课程有什么意义，而且ai制作出来的问题以及呈现的效果也非常不行。何意味

ce serait tellement mieux si toutes les notions scientifiques étaient traduites en français. Ça aurait beaucoup plus d’impact et ce serait beaucoup plus accessible à de nombreuses personnes qui ne sont pas douées en anglais. 

Très belle interface, j’aime beaucoup cette application très pédagogique.

When browsing this app on the iPad, you have to scroll up and down, which is really inconvenient

This app has excellent structure and design, but the AI Insights are currently a problem for advanced users.

There’s no way to fully disable the AI, and it keeps adding behavioral assumptions (sleep advice, motivation tips, habit stacking, rewards, time-of-day guidance) even when a habit is explicitly defined as a strict system constraint.

I’m not using this app for lifestyle coaching — I’m using it for precise timing and protocol enforcement. The AI text is not editable and introduces instructions I don’t want, which creates cognitive drift and defeats the purpose.

Please add:
	•	An AI Insights ON/OFF toggle per habit
	•	Or a “constraint / protocol mode” with no behavioral inference
	•	Or editable AI-generated text

The core app is strong, but AI should be optional, not forced.
