It would also be helpful to show on the calendar when a pay period begins and/ends. And to be able to display your work days and days off in the apps calendar. ### 3/5 — Great app, but needs a few improvements *2023-07-05, version 4.1.3* This app is great. It makes it easy to track your time off at work. My main recommendation is accessibility and the UX design. The app is not fully accessible with voiceover and does not have text labels on the bottom tabs. having only images for tabs with no text leaves users, guessing what the tab titles are. ### 2/5 — This app needs work *2019-03-28, version 4.0.6* This app has a great interface and looks great, but there’s no way to manually enter accurate leave amounts based on what I have and how accrual works for my job. For example, my employer’s sick leave policy is that there is no maximum for sick leave accrual per year. We also begin accumulating sick leave from our date of hire and there is no limit to the time we are allowed to begin using it. Furthermore, our annual leave accrual maximum has decimals. With the way that this app works, there’s no way to do that. When I tried to adjust my times for leave, it gave me some crazy, inaccurate number and trying to fix that was a debacle. The math was WAY off. So, unless you work for an employer whose leave policies fit into a cookie cutter, this app is likely not for you. ### 4/5 — Simple & user friendly *2019-01-16, version 4.0.6* I’ve used this app over others as it has the option to just keep it simple which is all I need! That is, shows the number of AL hours I have rather than days (I work shifts which are different every week), and allows me to see how many I have left! Proven very useful recently as the ESR system we use at work (NHS) has currently got my hours down incorrectly so I need to keep track of my own hours Until it’s amended!! If there was a suggestion that could be made - perhaps allow the next years calendar to be accessible before April - I’m currently having to store my booked annual leave for April 2019 onwards in Notes on my iPhone to transfer over in April. Kind of defeats the object of the app? Bit of a first world problem but I would find it useful. Hopefully others too! The problem is last June I took 24 hrs vacation time from Jun 27 - Jun 30 2018 but at that time was forgotten to record in the app and just yesterday tried to enter in the app unfortunately the app doesn’t allow me, so now I’m asking this app developer to update this helpful app to have an option to enter a forgotten used vacation or sick time. Btw it works very well for future vacation and sick time records but in case of forgotten used vacation and sick times there is no way to enter in the app. So please take a look this issues. I just gave the app three stars, but if I see a fix/update I’ll add more star with new review okay. ### 3/5 — Good app, but disappointed in "cloud sync" *2017-12-31, version 3.2.1* This is a good application. Get it. Now. My problem relates to the cloud sync service. I have no need to sync between devices, but I do wish for this data to be backed up to iCloud. This app does not (as far asI know) allow its data to be backed up to iCloud. (it could even be used to synch between iOS devices there as many of my other apps do. - but not for Android devices). To charge a fee for a service I do not need and to not provide support for a basic feature I already pay for, does not a happy customer make. Other than this, I do like the app and would recommend it. If you plan on synching between iOS and Androud devices, they have you covered. If, like me, you are a single user with a single device who just wants the data backed up, then to be forced to pay a fee may be a 'bridge too far'. I've had the app since before synching came into being. So, I was flying without a net before and am still doing so now. ### 3/5 — Must have! *2017-08-01, version 3.2.1* Keeping track of vacation couldn't be easier. Requesting vacation is simple. Sick days are tracked too. I gave it four stars because it lacks available vacation when future vacation is planned. Remaining vacation doesn't reconcile when determining available vacation. **Edit** I've reduced my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Cloud backup is by subscription after trial period ends. I have my own cloud service which is not permitted with this app. ### 2/5 — I wanted a simple tracker *2017-01-31, version 3.1.3* I used this app for a day. I entered a day of vacation time but realized it should have been an optional holiday. Trying to change it left me confused and unable to do it, at least intuitively. There might be a way but something this simple should be easy to use. ### 3/5 — Love this app( Updated) *2016-11-02, version 3.1.1* $2 apps are not something I do offer but this app is worth every penny. I am always messing my PTO up so as long as I enter it when I should I can just look at my phone from now on. ** Updated 11/2/16 I am lowering my stars to 3/5 because the last update is horrible. It makes the app much more difficult to understand and correctly deduct hrs. Some how I have a +.8 of a HR and I can't get rid of it?!? ### 5/5 — AMAZING! Great to see more new features! *2016-09-26, version 3.0.0* The updated design is clean and simple and I'm particularly excited about some of the new features like cloud syncing and advanced accrual. There are a few smaller details that are nice as well, like PDF reports, and additional leave types. I entered my name and email then tried to make a password and the thing wont let you type one in then says you have to create a password. Again not letting you enter anything. It would have been best to not bother. That’s half a decade. That’s long enough to bear a child who is attending prekindergarten now. Better late than never does not apply after this long. Customer service = zero stars. App became useless. Now that we have an update, it deleted my entire year's worth of information. All my time logs are incorrect now, with negative values. Loss of the ability to use decimal places is a huge drawback. Question though about accrual. My company gives me 25 days of vacation per year, they apply those hours over about 47 weeks instead of 52 (I don’t accrue on the last 5 weeks of year). Is there a way to account for this in the app?
