This Time To Pray app helps me follow my Anglican faith’s Daily Office as indicated, I believe, in the Book of Common Prayer. (I’m a new convert still learning, from a Baptist upbringing) In any case, the AUDIO in this wonderful application, allows me to hear and pray along and sing with the audio that is so powerful and inspiring and educational to me. I can’t possibly imagine being without this prayer companion. Thank you, all the developers and individuals responsible for keeping this prayer resource up and running for us!! Please fix! ### 3/5 — Dates run out in May 2026 *2026-06-02* Great app which is a nice companion to the Daily Prayer app which has morning and evening prayers. But for some reason there are no dates after 24 May 2026 making it unusable at present. Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch which gets fixed soon. ### 2/5 — Stuck in 2021? *2026-05-25* Sadly I’ve just deleted the app as it wouldn’t update properly and got stuck on 1st November 2021. I tried several times to update, deleted it, and reinstalled it but sadly it wouldn’t work. At a clergy conference last week I met others in the same boat. Hope it can be fixed. My husband and I use the app daily. His did not change, and we are completely out of sync. No longer do I have the Saints days, I don’t have a collect and if I touch my screen it jumps to another day. Far too sensitive. Sorry but this is a fail. Since I wrote my big disappointments three years ago, I have got used to the absence of things I relied on. My husband and I use this most mornings: sometimes we read the prayers aloud and other times follow the audio which could be my favourite. The readers lead so well and the music is so apt. However we always turn back to praying the service together. I recommend it often to others. ### 1/5 — Night Prayers no longer sync with readings on the screen. *2023-08-28* The audio and text for “Night” no longer sync up to the psalms and other readings on screen. This started about a week or so ago. It was working properly for a long time but recently became out of sync. All setting are set to “default” and “Day” seems to be working fine. Please fix as I depend on this app daily. Thank You Very Much!! ### 4/5 — Mostly great but… *2023-07-02* …the audio recordings that get downloaded, do not follow the text of prayers, if different prayers are selected using the Edit feature (pencil icon). Likewise, whatever selections you make in Edit mode, don’t stay selected. Case in point: the Lord’s Prayer. If you choose the traditional form of this prayer, the audio still repeats the contemporary version, and even the selection doesn’t “stick”.
