Sorry I wasted my time. **Developer response:** Hello, Our program offers 2 different subscriptions. Time Tracker is the name of our basic plan. It offers the ability to track time based on clients and activities. You can upgrade to Time Tracker Premium in order to use additional features such as creating invoices, expenses, and projects. ### 2/5 — overtime app slows and lags *2021-10-28, version 3.6.1* careful you don’t use timer. it will not post correct if you change start time while running. can’t scroll entries over time list gets larger. app code is subpar ### 3/5 — Use I because I have to *2021-09-06* I use the app to be able to record time on the go because that is the program used by my company. I will say when you input multiple days at a time is takes forever, although the “save and add new” function seems to be working better. Also, when synching the app is slow if you’ve been using web based time entry and are trying to “catch the app up”. So glitchy *2026-08-27* Major issues since this update came out. App is super spotty doesn’t communicate well at all and keeps deleting my time entries when I go to fix a time that was already saved. Have to constantly reset password cause it logs me out after every update and don’t remember the password. And even then cant even do that without calling cause they don’t ever send the temporary password through email. Only use cause that’s what my dang company makes me use. Also if you change it from am to pm or vice versa you have to leave it on that option for more than 5 seconds for it to register and save. Please fix! So I can give it the stars it deserves. ### 1/5 — Concur is Better *2020-02-27* I have used multiple time entry apps and this one is by far the worst. For instance 1) you cannot input your time at the end of the week and submit. When you enter your time it is saved for that day. However, if you save time on Monday and submit it on Tuesday the date changes to the submitted date. 2) The app does not open up to the last time sheet saved. Everyday I have to search for the job number and billing codes to complete entry. This takes extra time. All I need is an App that opens up to the last submitted entry, and allows me to change the date and time and hit submit. 3) you can’t submit an entry directly from the time entry screen. You have to save the entry and go through additional screens to submit the time. Add a (save and submit) button next to the save button. Not really sure what the “save” button is saving.....if you save your time all week and try to submit the entries at the end of the week, all time entry dates will change to the submission date. ### 1/5 — Support is there, but the same problem happens *2020-02-11, version 3.5.5* We decided to intergrate this to our business as a way of reducing time, being modern and also helping the planet by reducing paper trail. It was also to help my accountant track payroll easier so she doesnt have to manually do it. The app works. However linking with reckon accounting software is a problem and the web connect has constant issues. This means my accountant spends more time frustrated with a program that doesnt sync properly and constantly has to ring the support line where they only say the same fix solution that temporary solves itself however she spends well over 30mins each time. Has cost my small business more money than if we kept the old timesheet system we had in place and created more headaches. It has never failed or been unavailable in a manner that disrupted my work accountability. Timesheet development is easy and report generation is no issue in many formats. I’m a single consultant so admittedly don’t use the team tools as my reports feed government accountability. Nonetheless, the online and app experience are seamless, fixing a mistake such as unapproving work is not hard. I’ll continue to use as long as I need. ### 5/5 — Time Tracker app *2019-07-21* I have been using this app for nearly 9 months. Very easy to learn and use. I manage multiple projects and accurately track billable minutes using Time Tracker. Only improvement I would suggest is the ability to alter, update or delete the client list. Once entered, I see no way to get rid of them from my list. Very pleased with app, 4+ rated ### 5/5 — AMAZING APP *2019-04-07* Great app! My worker is able to punch in and out on his own mobile device, while I, the boss, have the ability to view his location of his clock in, clock out, and breaks. I also have the pleasure of syncing all my employees hours with quickbooks (for accounting purposes) and gusto (for payroll purposes). Both integrations were seamlessly and great! eBillity Time Tracker also has AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING customer service. Morris was great! Thank you again! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2018-11-29* I use it for my part time side work doing IT support. It’s very fast and easy to use. My only problem is that I don’t use all the accounting features on the website and there’s no quick and easy way to Mark an invoice paid so it doesn’t keep accruing the totals on my invoices. It’s a pain to go add money and apply it to invoices. I wish I could just click “paid” and leave it at that. **Developer response:** Greetings pilot4fun. This app is completely useless if you have a previously established ebility business account. There is no established link (secure or otherwise) to established accounts. **Developer response:** Good Afternoon. It would appear that you have actually downloaded the incorrect application.
