Time Tracker is a time accounting tool, designed for personal use. This app does not connect to any web service, accounts or subscriptions to operate. Just start it up, set up projects, and start tracking time against them. • Tap On / Tap Off Simple Start / Stop action will allow you account for your time to the minute. • Projects and Tasks Got a client who needs billable hours and non-billable hours? Want to track your time spent on proposals separately from the project? or maybe just track how long you weeding on your gardening project? Projects and Tasks allow you to account for the various activities within a project. • Tickets Need to package up your work into smaller parts? or, perhaps you use some other task management system? Tickets allow you to set up a project / task combination, and attach a work description to them. Ticket Identifiers can match your other systems for easy data transfer, if that's what you're in to. You can even just "tick off" a task when its done, and move on to the next. • Quotas Promised that you would put a certain amount of time into something, but never seem to find the time to do it? Need to ensure that you meet a number of billable hours in your week? Quotas can help you here. Quotas are shown on the main dashboard as a progress bar that will help you achieve your goals, or in some cases not go over them. Simply set up a quota with a project and task combination, then you can start and stop time against it to fill the progress bar. Pre-plan your time, using quotas to specify weekly, monthly, or annual goals • Exportable Reports Did we mention that this was a standalone app, for personal use only? Still need to fill in your timesheet somewhere else? All reports have export options that will allow you to send data using common standards such as CSV or PDF. This allows you to communicate what you need want with other apps and web services accurately and quickly. Also, I accidentally left the timer running for 80 hours, and now i can't delete or correct that item! That bug is a big deal for me, enough that if I don't get an update for it ASAP I'll switch to a different time tracking app. ### 4/5 — What I was looking for *2012-10-03* I tried several time keeper apps before this one and they weren't what I wanted. This one allows me to track the time I put into several different projects with minimal setting up, and then displays it in pretty colors. It could be improved though: the user manual wasn't clear on how I could actually start tracking time and it took a bit to figure out. Now the app just crashes when I start it. I reinstalled the App (losing all of my data) and it came up once, then just crashes. This App is now useless. It is very slow iCloud sync is slow and unpredictable. I have no idea if the iCloud sync will happen in 10 minutes or 10 days. ### 2/5 — EngineerDan *2011-12-27* This app is great in concept, but falls short in functionality. It needs improvement. I love the ability to organize the projects and tasks, but beyond that it seems a bit buggy. The projects in the list disappear. It frequently misreads the button presses, even when using a stylus. I has troubles especially in the projects list and keeps adding a new project when I select the top project in the list. It seems cumbersome to switch between tasks or projects. Only uses menus to switch between them in portrait mode. It needs to have a swipe function like turning pages to switch between projects or tasks. This app works better for me in landscape mode instead of portrait mode. The project list stays in place so you can quickly select what project you are working on. ### 3/5 — Great start! Needs some work though. *2011-04-16* Way too many steps in setting up a client, task, or project. Should have somewhere where you can see the whole week by tasks, projects, clients, etc. Also should be able to see the whole of a given entity, not just bits at a time. Like the premise.
