## What is TIME?

TIME-X is where you learn from people worth learning from.

Book a short, paid one to one video call with someone who has the knowledge you need: a founder who has raised money, an engineer who has shipped it, a coach, a creator who has built an audience, a licensed professional in their field. You get a real answer from a real person. They get paid fairly for their time.

WHAT TIME-X IS FOR
Professional and educational consultations. Career and business advice. Technical help. Creative and creator strategy. Coaching and mentoring. Expert second opinions. If someone knows something worth knowing, TIME-X is how you ask them directly.

YOUR AGENT HANDLES THE REST
Every member gets an assistant that screens incoming requests, checks that each request has a clear topic, proposes times, holds the payment, and keeps the receipt. You decide who you talk to and about what. The assistant does the scheduling, the screening and the math, with more capability coming.

EVERY MINUTE FAIRLY PRICED
Each person has a per minute rate computed by our PPM algorithm from real evidence of their expertise and audience, never self declared and never guessed. You always see the rate before you book.

HOW A CALL WORKS
Search for the expertise you need. Send a request with your topic so they know what you want to discuss. They accept if they can help. You talk live, and you are billed per second of actual talk time. If a call runs 2 minutes 30 seconds, that is exactly what you pay and exactly what they earn. Both sides see the same receipt, to the cent.

FAIR BY CONSTRUCTION
- Per second billing, server verified. You never pay for minutes that did not happen.
- Prepay your balance once. It is only ever spent paying another person for a live call.
- Payouts via Stripe.
- Your rate is computed from public signals you explicitly connect.

WHAT TIME-X IS NOT
TIME-X is strictly for professional and educational consultations. Dating, companionship, romantic content, sexual or adult content, and any solicitation of them are prohibited and result in account termination. Harassment, hate speech, violence and illegal activity are prohibited. Every profile can be reported and blocked in one tap, and our community guidelines are available in the app.

TIME-X is one to one only. Every paid interaction is a live, real time call between exactly two people, with a stated topic.
