I don’t often write reviews, but I am doing so because of how highly I regard this application! The resources are informative and can be educational for individuals experiencing and treating trauma. I very much appreciate several details of the app including the self-care section along with the community tab.

 Structurally, I find the app easy to use and very thoughtfully done. The only thing that could make it better is if more people used it as a resource. Thus, building the community and having more conversations regarding the best possible treatment plans.
