This app always has problems, it either freezes or you can’t login. I wouldn’t use this if I didn’t need to for my kids school. The developers need to really fix this app asap, it’s terrible.

Ridiculous to have an app that has voice prompts with no sound. Waste of money

I’ve tried loading the app to various Apple devices and the sound isn’t working. This makes it hard / impossible for my daughter to follow the activities. All device OS versions are up to date and I see I’m not the only user with this issue. Kindly respond and advise as to the fix.

I bought this for daughter to use but it does not work on her iPad. What a waste of money.

Sadly after setting up my account and trying to log into the app I just get a screen of the image of the three children hopping up and down the screen. I have tried resetting my password, reinstalling the app and trying this on four different iOS devices. I simply cannot get in.

I installed the app and tried using it a couple of times, but we can’t follow the activities as there is no sound that plays on all activities. I tried to report the problem but the page won’t load either. I use an iPhone.

Great app when it works… Clicking on App Support does not help - the page does not open. ISO user - uninstalled, Re-installed - still not working. Really not great when kids require the app to complete their homework….

Love Time2Read,

For the last few weeks I am unable to use the App on any of my Apple devices. My software is up to date, I have deleted and reinstalled the App, restarted my devices. None of it has helped. 

Please help.

It hangs after logging in. The picture page just pulsates and it stays there.

We have played this app at home and it’s lovely. Kids just love it!

Important to know though, you need to have a subscription with Time2Read or be part of a school that uses Marit Paul’s teaching methodology in the classrooms in order to access this application. If you don’t already have a login and download the app, you won’t be able to play it. There is a help button on the login screen where you can mail Marit, the owner of a Time2Read to find out more.
