On the app o have to completely delete and reload and on the website version I need to log out and in again to get it to work. I paid for the year. One bug: The question mark button at the bottom right doesn’t seem to do anything? But overall, a pretty simple and clean interface. Love that I can use fingerprint ID to easily log in. Maybe an upgrade could be to enable a reminder feature (reminder to document) that sends a notification at a specified time. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know about this issue!
