The client field on mobile app does not update. You have to go to the web version to update it. Web version does not display hours accurately in appi view. Subscription fee had doubled while their app is soooo buggy

Would give it 5 stars if it didn’t constantly make me sign in.

This will allow you to log in with Face ID or Touch ID — just tap the correct option on the sign in screen after you enable this feature! Face ID for login isn't working. I have to enter my email and password everytime I login

Both the app and when log in on my laptop keep freezing.  On the app o have to completely delete and reload and on the website version I need to log out and in again to get it to work.  I paid for the year.  I hope this is just a fluke!

As a doctoral student, it would be great if there was a lower payment per month or no payment at all. We are already paying for everything, tracking our hours shouldn’t be a payment too. Overall, this app is great and easy to use!

Its a great app, very helpful so far. I would like for it to remember my device so I don’t have to enter my log in information every time.

I have been waiting and hoping for the site to offer a mobile version, as I have often forgot to document my activities in between rushing out of the office and getting to a computer. One bug: The question mark button at the bottom right doesn’t seem to do anything? But overall, a pretty simple and clean interface. Love that I can use fingerprint ID to easily log in. Maybe an upgrade could be to enable a reminder feature (reminder to document) that sends a notification at a specified time.
