## What is Timeabill?

Timeabill helps independent consultants and contractors record billable work as it happens and turn it into a clear report at the end of the week.

TRACK TIME YOUR WAY
• Start, pause and stop a timer, with breaks kept separate from billed time
• Add time later, or start from a calendar event
• See a running timer on the Lock Screen and in widgets, and start or stop it with Siri and Shortcuts
• Gentle reminders when the day has no time recorded, or a timer is still running after hours

MILEAGE AND EXPENSES
• Track trip distance with GPS, or enter it yourself, in kilometres or miles
• Record parking, meals, accommodation, travel and other costs
• Attach receipt photos, scans and files, and pull details from a receipt on your device

CLIENTS AND RATES
• Organise work by client and project
• Set a default hourly rate and mileage rate, then override them per project
• Bill in your currency; each record keeps the currency and rate it was saved with

REVIEW AND EXPORT
• Review this week or last week, with long, overlapping or incomplete records flagged before you bill
• Export CSV files, or a consultant report with time, claims, tax and the receipts attached
• Optional rounding for reports and a tax rate you choose, applied to time only or to claims as well

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your workspace syncs between your devices through your private iCloud account
• No ads, no third-party analytics and no tracking
• Deleted records can be recovered for 30 days

PRICING
Try every feature free for 7 days. The trial doesn't need payment and doesn't turn into a subscription on its own. Then choose a monthly or yearly subscription for full access. If you don't subscribe, you can still view and export everything you've saved.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Customers who bought the earlier lifetime unlock keep full access.

Timeabill now offers monthly and yearly subscriptions after a 7-day free trial. If you bought the lifetime unlock, nothing changes: you keep full access.

New: client reports and billing
• Create a PDF report for a client, with your business details, their billing details and payment instructions
• Mark work as billed after you send a report, so it isn't billed twice
• Billed badges, a billing filter, and a warning before you edit work that has already been billed
• Add your business details once and they sync through iCloud

Also in this version
• Review last week as well as this week, for billing on Monday
• Choose whether tax is added to claims, for receipts that already include tax
• New workspaces start with billing defaults for your region
• Hourly rates are no longer limited to a fixed range
• Fixed Today and the widget showing empty totals after you browse an older period
• Exports now include every record in the period, not only the ones on screen
