TimeBack helps you pause before you scroll and choose a healthy micro-habit instead. Download it for free and start building better habits today.

When you open TikTok, Instagram, or other distracting apps, TimeBack creates a gentle breathing pause to help you slow down. Choose a quick micro-habit, complete it, and then enjoy your scrolling time more mindfully.

The free features included with the download provide a mindful pause before social media opens, one starter micro-habit, basic app intercept for your most distracting app, time saved tracking, and daily streak tracking.

TimeBack Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the full experience. It includes more than 30 micro-habits across fitness, mindfulness, and hydration, unlimited app monitoring, advanced statistics and insights, an achievement system with shareable cards, home screen widgets, custom habit creation, and premium themes.

The yearly plan costs $29.99 per year ($2.50 per month) and includes a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan costs $6.99 per month.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings on the App Store.
