### 2/5 — Note on TimeCamp

*2025-09-04, version 3.6.7*

Quite simple to use to simplify track time. My bad note comes from the fact that your own account that you created is impossible to delete if you are not the owner ?????

### 4/5 — Great free tool for 1099 workers

*2025-02-21, version 3.4.2*

I wish the app would be as versatile as the webpage but overall great product for busy bees

### 4/5 — Really useful

*2025-01-13, version 3.4.2*

You can keep track of yourself on projects and detect where you are making the most efficient use of time. But, you have to use it.

### 4/5 — Good Time Tracking App

*2024-11-25, version 3.1.2*

I have used TimeCamp for years now. It has proven to be a very useful app that works well for keeping track of my time with my clients. On rare occasions there is a glitch, but the company is extremely responsive and fixes things quickly. I also like that they follow up to make sure everything is working properly.

### 5/5 — Nice job

*2024-04-19, version 2.8.5*

I enjoy the ease of use and convenience. I use on a computer and phone all day, its so helpful. I wish the projects were listed on the left as a dropdown on the Windows version so I can start the next task without having to stop the last one.

### 5/5 — Easy as can be. Desktop or mobile app.

*2024-02-03, version 2.7.9*

Makes life easier when you are juggling multiple clients.

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2024-01-22*

Exactly what I need!

### 3/5 — Make your app where horizontally

*2023-11-28, version 2.7.6*

Anyone on a large iPad uses their iPad horizontally, so it is really inconvenient to have a vertical app that only works vertically.

### 5/5 — Excellent time tracking app

*2023-06-08*

I use the iPhone and Windows 10 apps for this software.

The PC software is excellent and I use it for my small consulting business to provide the clients a productivity summary report for your my hours are spent. I don’t use nor have a subscription for the invoicing portion.

But the portions of the app I do use are excellent.

It took me a little while to learn how to use the phone app. But I use this only if a client calls me or if I do a quick email via the phone. It’s easier to do that than log back into my PC. Both integrate perfectly.

I paid for an upgrade to the software as I needed some more reporting functionality and so far it does everything I need it to do.

If I forget to log in and track time, I can sift through the y allocated activities to ensure I don’t miss any chargeable hours. I then just reallocate those hours to a project and BOOM - I’m back on track again - it’s awesome

### 2/5 — Filled with bugs for months now

*2023-06-05, version 2.5.25*

I would like to be able to smoothly start my workday and clock-in on my phone. Please fix the bugs.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2023-04-20, version 2.5.25*

Awesome app.

### 5/5 — Gets the job done as a business owner

*2023-03-09, version 2.5.25*

I mainly use it on the desktop, and just check time on the app, but it works fine for my small business

### 2/5 — Bad integrations

*2023-02-27, version 2.5.25*

I’m really trying to like this app, because I need a time tracker and TimeCamp seems to have so much support for windows desktop, and across iOS etc. beautiful look. However, the integrations for Todoist and Gcal are not useful. I can’t see any tasks from Todoist which I labelled for “today”. So, to get the task I’m working on today, I need to reference my Todoist app, see the task I have up next, go into TimeCamp, find that Task nested within the specific Todoist project folder, and then hit start. Why can you not make me a quick list of my daily task? Why bother with the integration at all? it would be faster for me to reference my Todoist tasks for today, then just create a new task in TimeCamp, rather than the bother of finding it in the nested project folder. This disapointed me, but I thought, what if I go through googlecal? All my Todoist tasks for the day integrate beautifully with google calendar, so can TimeCamp see that better? I try that integration now, and it’s almost helpful. On TimeCamp browser it works, I can see the task instructions from each google calendar event in a “note” on them in TimeCamp. All the google calendar tasks show up with the same task name, I guess that’s the “project”, but the “note” section tells me which task is which. This is useable. Kinda ugly though. However in the mobile app, you cannot see this note. All the google cal tasks dump out with the same name. They are not even listed in order by scheduled time, they’re out of order. I have to manually click each one to try to see the “note” to find which of google cal time slots this task in TimeCamp refers too. This is unusable. I really tried here, but without a clean integration with the tools I’m already using and am happy with, I can’t recommend this tool or continue using it. Google calendar is a pretty key integration to flop. I hope you can improve the workflow for this in the future as I really like the concept and look of this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Exactly what I need but terribly buggy - deleted with in the hour.

*2026-04-01, version 3.9.4*

Unable to submit expenses as ‘Category’ section is blank when selected and no options to add categories as far as I can see as you can’t actually type anything anywhere.

Unable to add tags for same reason above, it’s just blank when you tap it with no option to actually type anything anywhere.

Unable to delete account as ‘you are not authorised to delete this account. Only the account the holder can do that’!!!!! I literally set the account up 30mins ago.

Can’t see anyway to change currency label to native currency.

Every ten seconds or so - no internet connection - message appears at top when it’s auto refreshing except I’m actually on a 500mb broadband connection.

When submitting for approval, links in email received don’t work so can’t be approved.

No way to export reports at all on the app it seems.

### 1/5 — Custom Report not working

*2025-10-16, version 3.8.0*

First. Invoice only work 1 time. Not the custom report not working. I don’t get it. Is there a downgrade version?

### 1/5 — Time camp

*2025-04-17, version 3.5.4*

Do not waste your time features do not work. The time tracking is a mess. Customer support won’t answer basic questions just want to constantly request zoom calls. Go with a higher end product.

### 1/5 — iOS is glitchy

*2024-11-12, version 3.1.0*

App has been very very glitchy since the latest iOS update. Entering time manually is very frustrating and takes multiple attempts. Fix this please!

### 1/5 — New update crashes and doesn’t enter time

*2024-08-26, version 3.0.1*

This app has always been a bit of a pain to use but it worked. The newest update now crashes the app and doesn’t enter anything. Hopefully they fix it sooner than later. UPDATE: reduced stars as app has been worse since my original post.

### 1/5 — Any of the emails I use to sign up says it’s taken

*2023-08-25, version 2.7.5*

I have never been subscribed to this app and regardless of the email address I use to sign up it says it has alredy been used.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2023-03-17, version 2.5.25*

When trying to enter time manually it keeps jumping around and changing what I entered. For example I put in 10:00 pm and it magically changes to am and then the time changes to 10:17 (current time). Please fix this! It’s unusable if you are not using the timer.

### 1/5 — Clunky

*2023-01-27, version 2.5.25*

You either need to get rid of the am/pm option wheel or only use 12 numbers for the hours. Having 2 sets of 12 numbers on the scroll wheel leads to the thing freaking out and spinning like like a slot machine cause it thinks you’re trying to end work before you started.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t even get past the first page to create an account

*2022-11-24, version 2.5.25*

Does not work on iPhone.

Would loved to have had the chance to try it but the fields to put in your name and password were laid on top of each other and there no way to fill them in🥲.

iPhone X 16.0.2

Hope you guys can fix this!

### 1/5 — Can’t even login!

*2022-11-12, version 2.5.25*

I login using Google for my TimeCamp account. There is no option in the mobile app to login with Google so I can’t use the app at all!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works great

*2026-08-11, version 3.12.0*

I’m required to track my projects and it works great from work computer (website) and app on phone.

### 5/5 — Could not live without

*2026-01-28, version 3.9.0*

I mostly use the desktop and web version of TimeCamp. I work with multiple clients and am constantly jumping between tasks. With the desktop version I’m able to easily change what I am working on. I could not live without the feature that tells me which apps or websites I’m visiting. When I’m super busy and forget to change my task between clients I’m able to fix my time. Time camp goes above and beyond for my uses.

Recent updates have seen the starting of time tracking a little quirky. But it works great for what I need.

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2024-09-30, version 3.0.6*

Exactly what I need as an independent worker.

### 5/5 — BEST TIME TRACKING APP OUT THERE

*2024-09-17, version 3.0.6*

After using countless time management apps out there, I settled with TimeCamp. I use the desktop version to log all my hours and to see the day's structure and where I spent my time in a glance. This app comes in very handy to reflect on the proportion or hours of my time spent on tasks overall throughout the week. Its categorization of the tasks is so nicely done and has been analyzed, which can be accessed at the touch of your finger tips through the app. you can record the hours on this app and also view the holistic overview of how you spend your time this week vs last week as well as this month vs last month. I highly, highly recommend this app for everyone using desktop timecamp and looking to get a fast way to see an overview of where they are spending their time.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2024-07-22, version 2.9.1*

Way more features than I expected or thought I would use, but I was wrong. I do use them. Great.
