Switching between By Day, By Crew and Summary, and moving between weeks, is substantially quicker on larger crews. ### 2.1.5 — 2026-08-24 • Fixed: the unlock screen no longer appears at every launch during your free 30-day trial. • Settings shows your trial status with days remaining, and accurate wording once it ends. • iCloud sync status reacts instantly to your edits and confirms uploads honestly — including edits you've typed but not yet saved. ### 2.1.4 — 2026-08-22 • Optional privacy lock for My Work: require Face ID, Touch ID, or your device password to open your pay history, with an automatic re-lock after a few minutes away. Off by default. • Your W-4 dependents now lower the federal withholding estimate. • The meal-penalty breakdown shows what your penalties would come to with a lunch grace and/or a wrap extension applied, so you can see the difference before deciding to use either. • Mileage now stays out of your taxable wages and your union dues base, whichever payroll company you are on. • Days Worked counts idle days, matching the figure your payroll company prints. • The mileage field now says it wants the round trip — the drive out and back. • Streaming shows now choose a format and a season separately, with one option for every distinct set of rates and conditions. Multi-camera half-hour series have their own row. • Pilot rates now match a first season, and multi-camera half-hour series use full rates in every season. • A reduced daily rest is recorded for the person and day it applies to rather than for the whole week, and the weekend rest reduction no longer applies to anyone who worked more than twelve hours on the fifth day. • My Work can be sorted by date, show, or earnings, and sharing its spreadsheet no longer holds up the app while the file is prepared. ### 2.1.3 — 2026-08-17 • More accurate pay calculations: Idle days now pay at your contract rate, Videotape shows get corrected 7th-day, holiday, and meal-penalty amounts, and rest periods on distant locations use the correct floor. • Rest periods and forced calls now follow your own work week rather than the payroll week, so weekend rest and 6th/7th-day pay count from your first worked day. A call-back within five hours pays the gap itself, and Directors of Photography and Camera Operators can attest a reduced rest for exterior night shooting. • Choosing a contract is clearer: Format and Season are now separate choices, Basic Cable shows are covered with their first-season rates, and the pickers open faster. • Wider coverage: Kentucky seventh-day pay, California meal penalties at your regular rate, and corrected tax details for Yonkers, Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii. • Distant TV days reach Golden Hours at twelve hours worked, and a Friday night shoot running past midnight pays time-and-a-half for the hours worked into Saturday. • Union dues are no longer charged on the cell-phone allowance, and My Work tracks your progress toward the yearly assessment cap. • Second units no longer silently follow edits made to Main. • Week breakdowns now include a federal overtime adjustment (FLSA OT), on the weeks that owe one. • Commercials (AICP): corrected meal-penalty escalation and Idle-day guarantees. • Hardware keyboard on iPad: Tab, Shift-Tab and the arrow keys move between time cells, so a week can be entered without touching the screen. Cmd-? opens Help. • "Today" now follows the shift you are actually working — on a night shoot, 2am still counts as the day you are shooting. • Opening a show is faster, and the system undo bar no longer crowds the time keypad. ### 2.1.2 — 2026-08-12 • Fixed a crash that could occur when opening the Unlock Full Access screen on iOS 26.6. • Buying, restoring, and redeeming are clearer. Backing out of a purchase or sign-in no longer looks like an error. • Your show's location now picks the contract details for you. Commercial shows resolve Appendix A in Los Angeles County, Appendix B elsewhere, and corridor terms in the Northeast Corridor states; Non-Union shows follow the work state's labor rules (California, Alaska, Colorado, Nevada, or federal), including Nevada's wage-based daily overtime test. A tag in the show's Location section names what's in effect — tap it to pin a different region if a show needs one. • Weeks that cross regions calculate day by day.
