It’s a tedious, glitchy app that is inaccessible during updates. All of which means rarely clocking in/out efficiently. For the love of god, either make Face ID available, a PIN number to log in quick, or just keep it logged in. Combo of all 3 would be preferred. ### 1/5 — No Face ID *2025-03-31, version 1.1* The app requires you put in your username and password EVERYTIME you open it. To clock in and out for the day and for lunch is 4 separate logins a day. So it constantly has me clocking in late. People need to read the reviews before making employees use it. ### 1/5 — Difficult log in, *2024-07-19* Also the punches list from first to newest on the bottom. To check your punch you have to scroll all the way down. You should change the order so the newest punches are on top. The fact that you have to log in every time you need to clock in or out is so stupid. no pin enable or Face ID log in features available, what’s the point of this thing? Why even have an app that’s as incapable as this one? It’s a hassle for our employees that aren’t great with technology to login to the app now. Nobody is going to remember their login for this app! When is employees cannot access it, it becomes a big problem/issue. Too many times THIS YEAR the app opens blank and the website on phone WILL NOT upload. This is not my phone-1% of the time, yes. Either way after EVERY “update” I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO reinstall this app to make it work again - which btw did not today. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frustration *2026-07-09* The app is OK/fair but the fact that it doesn’t have Face ID is really stupid. You need to get with the times and fix that for that alone is why it only gets one star. And the fact that you have to be on company Wi-Fi is the worst thing you could have ever done. You can’t even check your time card or pay statements or anything when you are at home for that also this is the worst app. ### 1/5 — Why just why *2026-06-02* This is way worse than paylocity! Doesnt keep you signed in so you have to use a long ID and password every freaking time. And you can’t edit your time cards.
