Easy to use, quick to learn, recommend it. Only thing is, how do you delete older files? **Developer response:** Thanks! You can delete order files by swiping on them. Is there anything that you'd like to see changed about the app which would upgrade that from a four to a five? Use it for sports, so super quick for logging time code on scores. 👍🏼 ### 2/5 — Love the app, hate that your can’t recover anything *2024-08-10, version 3.1.1* I use the app for work all the time and I love it. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted a whole days worth of time code and there is no way to recover it. If there is a way PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! ### 2/5 — App timecode falls behind camera timecode *2022-11-04* As the day goes on, the app’s timecode, even if the frame rate is the same as camera & audio, starts to fall behind. Also wish there were accessories so that sound mixers can just jam timecode into the app. That’d be great. Or partnership with an app like VUER to sync whatever timecode that receives from camera & stay with that… ### 3/5 — User issues *2022-08-27* This application is used by mostly everyone in the industry unfortunately it is not available on a Mac laptop in addition I find that having to text as fast to keep up with show notes often leaves many errors and using voice text it often translates incorrectly which makes it even harder to go back and create show notes trying to remember what you said 300 lines later. Overall it’s the only thing that’s out there so I’m looking to perfect it ### 4/5 — Solid app that does what it says. Recommended. *2022-03-23, version 3.1.1* This is really wonderful software what does exactly what it says. There are a couple of power features I would like that keep it from being a 5 star solution, but I absolutely recommend it to other videographers out there. My wish list: The ability to assign preset parameters for notes. You currently have to define the fps for each new note. SRT formatted text export so we can import these notes to Final Cut Pro or some other NLE. ### 4/5 — Super useful tool for video production! *2021-05-07* As a video shooter and editor who hates going through endless talking heads and interviews looking for the best sound bites, this tool will now be a vital part of future projects. My only suggestion would be to include a record run timecode function that can be started and stopped in conjunction with cameras that don't use free run tc. Maybe the shot number can be entered and automatically increment with each start& stop, and notes are grouped under a subject or set up? ### 4/5 — Awesome *2020-07-13* Brilliant, immediately does what I want as a gallery live timing clock. This feature is now missing. There is an arrow at the bottom left corner saying Export Notes, but it leads to nothing. There is no button like in the advertised screenshot. You can’t export as CSV like it says you can, there’s a TSV option but it won’t let you select it. Feedback button doesn’t work. Can’t even contact the developer. Over a day, that is an unacceptable drift and makes the app nearly unusable. ### 1/5 — Help! *2017-09-04* So I was told this was the app to get for taking field notes. But I can't send the notes as a TSV attachment!!!! Every time I try it says there's no mail account set up and then kicks me out of the app. The only way I can get them to send is as text which then takes me forever to put in the correct format. I've gone through everything trying to solve this problem and have found nothing! No where in settings does it show "add a mail account "! Super frustrated!! Psyched for the next update! ### 5/5 — GREAT AP! *2022-12-08, version 3.1.1* This fantastic ap is terrific for anyone who wants to make a quick and useful log while shooting. You can personalize the quick buttons, set time code without hooking into an external generator and export files as text or TSV to your editor, producer or studio. It’s very handy on your phone or iPad and you can learn it in about 3 minutes. Um eine größere Portabilität zu gewährleisten wäre eine Unterstützung der AppleWatch wünschenswert. ### 5/5 — Just what I was looking for! *2017-06-16* I wanted an app that would allow me to sync the timecode from my camera once and then effortlessly add notes whenever I needed. This does exactly that. It's so easy to use and continues to keep the timecode in sync even when you quit the app. My only problem is that for some reason, even though I initially set the correct timecode and frame rate with my camera, the time slowly went out of sync throughout the day and there's no way to edit all future timecode once you've initially set it. However I'm guessing since no one else has had that issue that it has something to do with my Canon C100.
