Our company just started using Timeero. The app is straight forward, and the segmented tracking feature is what really sold us! I wanted a robust, easy to use mileage tracker. This one is not. After setup it tracked about a quarter of my trips. These were ~50 mile trips at freeway speed. I have no idea what it used for start and stop points but the few trips it did track were dramatically off in reported distance. You can't see what it is totaling on the phone app, you have to log in to the Admin account from the Web interface. This app is a hassle to use and is inaccurate.

After canceling, we asked when we would get a refund for the remaining 5 months, and was told they do not give refunds at all under any circumstances. After learning this, we believe this is a scam system set up for payments just to collect money. Would be 0 rating if possible

I have to have this app on my phone for my job, but I am thoroughly creeped out.  Wish I had the option to use something different.
