### 4/5 — I really like this app!

*2026-09-29, version 9.7.39*

I like to organize my day. I like that it has custom categories and you can add as many subtasks as you need. Like I can sub task and put action steps for everything. I like the way I can move my tasks around easily. I can see at a glance my days by days, weeks, months. Etc. I can put in notes, I can create grocery lists, and more. I can even put in ideas using the notes section of a task. And the color schemes are a favorites most apps only give you like 10 or less. I can really customize my categories and my tasks separately.

### 4/5 — Only allows 1 schedule

*2026-09-28, version 9.7.39*

This is the best task app I have found for the way that I plan. I’m blocking really helps. I love the ease of flexibility. The app offer offers when the plan changes throughout the day. I also find that the plan you do make helps you stay on track. It’s not so easy to ignore like some words in a note app.
However, I am only finding the ability to create one schedule. I would like to have one for me and one for my other family members and change views to see what their schedules look like. To fit all that in one schedule is too crowded.

### 5/5 — My all in one planning App!

*2026-09-13, version 9.7.36*

I used this app several years ago and really liked it, but for some reason, decided to go back to paper. Recently re-downloaded TimeFinder and I am loving it once again. I’m able to keep my schedule and many lists at my fingertips and I’m finding I’m so much more productive and have less mental “noise”. I had a small issue when I first re-downloaded and Luke (app developer) was extremely responsive and helpful. He resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. So glad I came back to this app! Won’t be without it.

### 2/5 — AI Doesn’t Work

*2026-09-01, version 9.7.30*

The AI function hasn’t worked for a bit now. I use that to take pictures of conference agendas and put the schedules into TimeFinder and not having that takes a ton of value from the app in my opinion.

### 1/5 — Way over priced

*2026-08-29, version 9.7.30*

This is a nice app, but way over priced given that the full featured calendar app I use was $40 AUD for lifetime.

### 2/5 — Cant open Focus on iPhone SE

*2026-08-26, version 9.7.25*

I downloaded because I wanted a focus app and a calendar app, so seemed like a great two-fer.

However like most apps, this is formatted for larger iPhones with bigger screens; when I open the Focus section on my iPhone SE 2nd Gen, it shows two options, details how they differ, then there appears to be a blue button, which I can only see a sliver of the top of, the rest of which is hidden by the navigation bar. When I try to click, it takes me to whatever nav button was in the area instead.

If there were a drop-down to hide the option details, I could click the button to start the focus.

### 4/5 — From a Neurodivergent Perspective

*2026-08-21, version 9.7.23*

The app is great for blocking out time and managing some semblance of a schedule. However, there are a few lack of functions that are meltdown-inducing.

### 4/5 — 4 stars to grab attention

*2026-08-18*

Liquid glass UI Please. And reduce width of the bottom bar pls. And split view make it resemble as sidebar like finder or something, collapsible is also welcome. Great apps should also have greater UI 👍

**Developer response:** You’d get my attention with any rating—I’m one person and I don’t get a whole ton of reviews, especially not in India! 🥲 Unfortunately though, I regret to share that Liquid Glass isn’t soon to be supported by TimeFinder; TimeFinder uses a framework called Flutter, which allows it to be available on many different platforms and provide a consistent experience everywhere, but at the cost of not supporting native UI. This could change one day but I’m not sure when—it’s mostly out of my hands at the moment.

The “Split View as a sidebar” idea is interesting though, and I’ll take that into consideration for a future refinement for sure.

Thank you for taking the time to share, and please feel free to message me anytime at luke@TimeFinder.app. I hope you continue to enjoy the app despite its flaws!

Luke

### 5/5 — Helpful, easy scheduling app

*2026-08-11, version 9.7.18*

I’ve been using this app for years. Mostly for my dog walking business so I can plan out the timing of each walk. I use it for to-dos and personal activities too. Super helpful and easy to use!

### 1/5 — What in the world

*2026-07-07, version 9.7.2*

When I wanted to use timefinder I thought it was free im 10! If you don’t fix your act I’ll tell all of my friends to stop using TimeFinder before they start and I have a LOT of friends
