### 5/5 — The best

*2026-07-02, version 2.4.13*

This app has helped me improve my focus and reduce distractions. I really enjoy using it every day.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-07-02, version 2.4.13*

A fantastic productivity tool! I love how simple it is to track my work throughout the day without interrupting my workflow.

### 2/5 — Glitchy and Unstable

*2026-03-14, version 2.4.13*

The idea of this is nice but functionally was useless. Always disconnecting and throwing errors. And yes I most definitely had fully charged batteries.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-01-06, version 2.4.11*

I'm using this product with my clients in consulting and it always stirs a lot of interest at the first meeting. Do you have an affiliate program or similar?

### 5/5 — Seriously good

*2026-01-06, version 2.4.11*

I actually think you would gain more customers and hit a broader customer base with another device with only 6 sides. I think that would work great for students, people with autism and kids, when 12 sides are a little too much.

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2026-01-03, version 2.4.11*

Such a neat device! I believe this has great potential for all remote workers like myself. Pay attention to insert the batteries with right polarity when you assemble the device, the +- signs o the casing is not esasy to spot. Also, after assembly the devcie lights up but then all light go off and it can be a bit confusing. But as soon as you start with creating your tasks they're back. Just sharing my impression)

### 5/5 — Good app

*2026-01-03, version 2.4.11*

I switched from Clockify to Timeflip, but use it on my Mac instead of my phone, running the same mobile app. It works really well and is practical, however a dedicated desktop app design would make it significantly better. Another cool feature would be providing something like "your month/year in hours/tasks" kind of report, which I end up cọmbining myself now.

### 5/5 — Fun

*2026-01-02, version 2.4.11*

Fantastic product idea and great concept, good GUI that serves the purpose. Happy user here!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-02, version 2.4.11*

As a remote worker, this is exactly what I need - the physical cube is a reminder of what I’m supposed to be doing. One suggestion is to switch off the tap-on function which can create sporadic time entries. Simply use one of 12 sides for a break/pause and you'll be just fine

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-02, version 2.4.11*

Great for building a consistent habit. I like that is does work offline, which is useful because the bluetooth app noticeably eats some battery but you can offload it an still use the device for logging.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2026-01-01, version 2.4.11*

A true gem for ADHD brains. The cube on the desk is a physical cue to switch tasks and not forgetting to log time and I finally seem to have much more realistic data. Adding a widget for quick glances at today’s total would be awesome.

### 5/5 — Well

*2026-01-01, version 2.4.11*

Brilliant concept: you track time by flip, not by remembering to click. As a designer, I'd say the app’s visual design lags behind the hardware. With a cleaner layout, this could feel premium.

### 5/5 — So good

*2026-01-01, version 2.4.11*

I bought TimeFlip devices for my team and adoption was almost instant because it's so simple to use. We’re missing a proper team dashboard, but use joint calendar and epxort instead as they advised and it covers most of our needs.

### 5/5 — LOVE!!!

*2025-08-10, version 2.4.9*

Cannot tell you how much I love this product - total time saver!!!! 🤗💃🙌

### 5/5 — WELL

*2025-04-30, version 2.4.7*

Surprisingly good for a free app. The physical tracker makes all the difference of course. Hope it lasts long enough to justify the purchase.

### 5/5 — Very good

*2025-04-30, version 2.4.7*

Great basic time tracking tool without the bloat of other apps. Free with no ads is amazing. Calendar subscription is very useful

### 4/5 — Best app

*2025-04-28, version 2.4.7*

I use the tracker every day and it's a real all-rounder. Would be great to have an option to create my own stickers with company logos and also more convinient use of more than one tracker linked to my account.

### 4/5 — Amazing app

*2025-04-27, version 2.4.7*

All good, but would be great with the stickers that are esier to remove. I work on different tasks/projects from week to week. I tried using dry erase markers to label the sides, but the dry erase rubs off if I have to toss the timeflip2 in my bag.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App failure

*2026-05-01, version 2.4.13*

App cant be allowed to background or sleep. It resets time, so stored time inaccurate and useless. Assembly of the device is a pain and hit or miss.

### 1/5 — Constant freezing

*2025-12-24, version 2.4.10*

Horrible app constant freezing from day one. Now 1 month into owning the product it will not track time properly, it will say tracking for 12 hours when it’s only been 1. Horrible app, and since the app is so integral it makes the cube absolute useless, would never recommend

### 1/5 — Unresponsive and Unintuitive App

*2025-03-09, version 2.4.7*

The TimeFlip device itself is easy to use, reliable, and works well throughout my day. The app on the other hand is laggy and confusing at best. I shouldn’t have to wait 5 seconds between tapping a control and having something happen (like going to the prior screen). It’s like every action in the app needs to communicate with the TimeFlip device? The lag and unpredictability of this app is unlike anything I’ve used in the history of iOS. It’s also wildly confusing and difficult to edit anything in prior days and weeks.

### 1/5 — Wasted Time and Money

*2024-12-31, version 2.4.7*

I thought i was buying something made in the United States. Instead, it took 4-6 weeks to be shipped from China. Then the Chinese delivery service declined to deliver it to my U.S. Post Office Box. Several emails and a couple months later it was shipped by FedEx and delivered. Yet, inserting batteries and watching the full cycle of initiation colors, with Bluetooth enabled and using the TimeFlip2 app the device is invisible. Tossing this to Salvation Army. Lesson learned.

### 1/5 — Disconnect all the time

*2023-09-12, version 2.4.3*

THIS IS THE WORST.
Disconnect all the time on my ipad and my iphone.
Cannot complet any upgrade app crash 9 times on 10.
total money wAST

### 1/5 — Save your time and money and get something else

*2023-06-26, version 2.4.2*

I heard about timeflip from a colleague and got it immediately in hopes it would help me keep track of my billable time. It worked great for about 6 months and I recommended to anyone I knew. But ever since the first issue around that 6-month mark, I had nothing but bugs and failures. From the UI with buttons that are hidden by the iPhone’s notch, to random 24h entries for activities that are not being tracked, to multiple factory resets every time a battery needs to be changed. But the worst problem is when the tracker decides to make tracked hours simply disappear when you flip to a different activity. Or not even track anything at all. The whole thing feels like a great idea that was terribly executed.

### 1/5 — What a waste

*2023-03-27, version 2.3.7*

I was really excited about this - but have found the app unusable. It works to a point - but the time tracking is not accurate / tends to skip back or stop tracking at a certain time and does not accurately reflect time. I use it to maintain focus on tasks, but if I was using this for billing purposes, I would 100% be shortchanging myself with inaccurate / stopped time tracking. Will find another solution. The device has it’s own issues with connecting / maintaining connection, but the app itself is painful and a drag to use. I hoped updates and restarts and refreshes would help - but nothing fixes bad software.

### 1/5 — 0 Stars - Expensive Scam

*2023-03-07, version 2.3.7*

Both the App and the website are filled with bugs and do not work. I am unable to register for an account, with JSON errors thrown for every available login method (email/Google/FB/Apple).

I am now left with an expensive paperweight. Do not recommend.

### 1/5 — Frustratingly unreliable app and webpage

*2022-08-05, version 2.3.5*

When this thing works, it’s great for time tracking. I turn it on in the morning, flip it all day with different tasks at work, then pause it at the end of the work day. Frequently, I come back to the app and it hasn’t tracked anything all day. Or, like today, it has tracked one activity 24 hours a day for the coming week. When that happens, I have to disconnect it from the app and reconnect it again, which wiped out all of my data, and makes me reconfigure the faces. The web page that is supposed to display everything from the app is often blank for days at a time. I’m frankly disappointed, bordering on annoyed, considering her expensive it was and how long it took to arrive.

Update: Dropping to one star. Support informed me to change the batteries. When I tell them they are reporting as almost half full, they tell me the battery percentage doesn’t report correctly. Clearly a bug or hardware problem.

### 1/5 — It worked, once

*2022-02-16, version 2.3.4*

I set it all up and it worked great. Then the next day it logged me out. Now, each time I attempt to log in it says “can’t log into someone else’s device”. I even uninstalled the app and it still gives me that error message.

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-07-25, version 2.4.13*

The combination of a physical tracker and a mobile app makes time tracking much more intuitive than constantly starting and stopping timers on a screen. The reports are clear, and it's a great productivity tool
