The other time is says "Web Service Error". If I didn't have to use this app to clock in / out everyday for work I would abandon all together. Also, app isn't up to date with iOS 8.0 and iPhone 6 Plus. Needs an update. ### 1/5 — Nope. *2012-09-07, version 1.15* Ap said my punches were sent successfully for a whole week of out of town work, including a lot of overtime. None of them showed up. Had to guess on my hours, undoubtedly either I didn't get paid what I had worked for, or my employer paid me for more than I worked. TimeForce should have paid me for 24/7 for that week and not left me and my employer guessing. It looks clean, punches fast and offers a great option to a physical clock for employees. The features of "location" tracking ensure that my people are where they are supposed to be when they clock in for certain jobs. This is a great app for a great software package. Reports of system being down are unsubstantiated. Maybe you did't meet server requirements when you install? But that is software 101... ### 5/5 — Awesome! *2011-09-11, version 1.12* The GPS capabilities were exactly what I needed. I need to know that my employees are on site when they punch in for the day, and not at their homes. In addition to employee self service punching, my Foreman is able to punch in his entire crew at once, and also transfer them to different jobs quickly. I can finally pay my mobile workforce based upon actual labor hours that are backed up with actual punches. Thanks Qqest... TimeForce has made my life a whole lot easier! ### 4/5 — From 5 star to 1 Star to 4 Star *2012-12-05, version 1.15* The system started out great. Bad update on the app update. Not too sure what went on behind the scenes. Punches wouldn't go thru and poor tech support. Low and behold tech support stepped up and app was updated today. Keeping my fingers crossed; so far so good. Great job guys. Looks like we are back to one star. Unfortunately the great software had a recent update about one month ago. They added a feature so that a user is automatically logged out due to inactivity. Prior to the update they did not take into account that the iPhone app would also need to be updated. This has caused severe inefficiency from a user's standpoint. Now each iPhone user has to logout then login before each punch. It has been about three weeks now and they still do not have a fix. Once again, keeping my fingers crossed... ### 4/5 — Not bad *2012-11-23, version 1.15* We have 30+ employees using this system and only 3 guys have an issue with the app via iPhone. Make sure in the server settings you have https and not http. Also if the app doesn't send your punches, just use the browser side on your phone and stop whining about it. If you can code the program better, apply for a dev position at q quest! But it happens more like 4 time per week. I can't rely on this app. Why does it say it's sent and saved if it doesn't update on the website? ### 2/5 — Unreliable & poor interface design *2012-03-11, version 1.12* I have an iPhone 4 with updated OS 5.1 and I will have entire days of missing punches. Logging out and back in helps but is very time consuming. I am a resident and make frequent hospital calls. This system is supposed to help HR track my travel time and location but at least half of the time my time-consuming & diligent punches are for naught. The interface is also not intuitive.
