What is the point of making the pickup service available on the app if you are expecting your client to appear in the service center? ### 1/5 — Unresponsive service for Samsung Repair *2024-02-12, version 3.2.10* Tried it out. Made an appointment earlier...for today. Gave me a ticket, confirming the appointment. I took a leave from work. But no show. Very disappointing.
