It’s extremely consistent. It requires total quiet to perform at its best but that is fine with me. Put it on glass tables, wood tables, no case with case nothing makes it accurate. Several watches(new and old, freshly regulated) will go from -7 to +8 a day- beat error will jump from .3 to 1.7. I paid for the premium version because I thought that would help but no. Just wasted money. ### 5/5 — Exactly what I Needed *2025-01-19, version 1.1* I’ve tried a number of “watch tracking” apps, and found that a lot of them involve entering the time manually and then coming back 12 hours later. This is different because it actually listens to your mechanical watch and generates a graph based on the beats per hour and calculates the rate of drift. The “Learning” section is also super helpful. The 25% that it does work, the readings are all over the place, even on a watch fresh from servicing. Glad I didn’t pay for this. Also, from time to time there’s an unskippable pop-up that asks you to follow on the creator’s socials. Gotta close the app to get rid of it. I went to my local watchmaker to verify and if accurate, get my watch serviced. Timegrapher at the watchmaker was -26s / day, so I’m very surprised how accurate this app is when measuring accuracy. My advice for optimal accuracy is use an external mic on the wired headphones and put it under the watch in a quiet room. ### 5/5 — dead quiet *2026-01-31, version 1.1* guys, first time using this app, i got great results. find a quiet room to measure. even breathing too loudly affects the app’s readings. im using an iphone 17. the hardware is more than sufficient to support this app. solid app! ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-01-05, version 1.1* I’m not one to normally write reviews but this is a great app. It has helped me get my watches properly adjusted and saved time & money from not going to a watchmaker. This worked well to measure the speed and allowed me adjust the spring. This worked well by holding the phone’s mic just above the watch (in a silent room). ### 5/5 — Absolutely spot on accurate *2025-11-08, version 1.1* Used to check my Tudor Pelagos and it told me it was exactly 5 seconds slow per day, which was true. I think some of the reviews are from people not using it in absolutely quiet environments. Even a refrigerator running is too much noise for any instrument that measures beat error. ### 5/5 — It works! *2025-10-24, version 1.1* I was a little skeptical a out this app, but I took a chance and it works well. It even works on many watches without an external/wired headphone mic. It auto-detects the BPH accurately and gives good info on the accuracy. I spent the extra $5.99 to get the advanced features like beat error and amplitude which are also very useful. I haven’t used it to help regulate any watches but use it so I know how my watches are performing.
