My hardware is W4‑Plus buyout one‑time purchase version. When logged‑in, call translation and media translation incorrectly prompt for subscription. Please fix license issue. I am now using guest mode. Amazon order attached.

Not ready for prime time. Delay is uncomfortable and constantly picks up nonsense. You can jabber giberish and it will give you a translation, you could speak perfectly and it misses the mark, but worst of all it just picks up nothing and translates. Nice idea. 5 years too early.

I purchased for use in different countries, none of which actually work. Country 1 was India. In India, they speak a combination of different languages, not just Hindi.

In Sri Lanka, Sinhala wasn’t supported at all.

I want my money back 😡

Also ich benutze die App mit den W4 Pro und bin sehr zufrieden. Gerade auch die asiatischen Sprachen werden sinngemäß übersetzt. Kann mit entsprechenden Updates auch noch besser werden. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Both products was excellent very proud of them work successfully would be better if they had a few more languages and a better learning app. But mostly better customer service. I think the customer service is horrible. Most of the people I have talked to there have extremely horrible attitudes and talk back to you disrespectfully    When you were only asking simple questions about the product. And last thing, the note both products that I ordered from them for some reason the right year always fails. The volume starts off perfect and then gets very low to where you can no longer hear the other person. I had three of my friends also ordered this product telling them how good they work and they have also had the same problems and customer service is no help. Just want you to buy new product. And even to replace the one ear they’re charging half the price of the whole system and only giving you the earpiece. I think that is not right and needs to change.
